The wheel-turning king can also live from eighty thousand years to immeasurable years. It will not be less than eighty thousand years, because his perfection is incomplete below eighty thousand years. When the wheel-turning king appears in the world, he will have seven treasures, namely the wheel treasure, the elephant treasure, the horse treasure, the mani treasure, the woman treasure, the householder treasure, and the seventh is the minister treasure. At that time, the appearance of the wheel treasure and so on should be narrated as it is said in the sutra. The sutra says: The king washes his head on the fifteenth day of each month, observes the fast, and when he sits surrounded by ministers, a wheel treasure of the gods appears from the east, made by the language of a hundred gods and all affairs, and the four great kings manifest the king. And, the Sutra of Mindfulness states that the wheel treasure made of gold is five hundred yojanas in size, has a thousand spokes, is beautiful, and can travel a million yojanas in the sky in one day. In the four continents and the heavenly realms, elephants and everything else can also walk in the sky. It can make the king hear sounds that he cannot hear. It can make no one able to compete with it. After the king dies, he will stay in the gatehouse and will not benefit his son. The mani treasure is about the size of a great man's thigh, with eight edges, and can emit light for eight yojanas at night. It can bring coolness when the sun is hot. When thirsty, it can produce water with eight qualities. It can fulfill everything the king wants. It can emit various lights. It can make one hundred yojanas free from disease, and for all affairs, it can produce the desired results. Evil dragons cannot bring down hail and so on. It can fill places of sorrow and cliffs with trees and lakes and so on. People will not die untimely, and no livestock can invade it, and even those who are incompatible, like snakes and mongooses, will not harm each other.
