ད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་མངོན་པར་གྲུབ་ནས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུབསྐལ་པ་དང་པོ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་འོད་གསལ་གྱི་ལྷའི་རིས་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་འདིར་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཡང་འདོད་པ་ན་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་རབ་དང་མཆོག་དང་གཙོ་བོ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ལས་དེའི་འབྲས་བུ་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་གྱི་གཞན་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་བསྐལ་པ་དང་པོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་གཟུགས་བཟང་ཞིང་ཡིད་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འགྲོ་བ་དགའ་བའི་ཟས་ཀྱིས་འཚོ་བ། རང་གི་ལུས་ལ་འོད་འབྱུང་བ་ཅན་གཟུགས་ན་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལྷ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཁྱིམ་དང་ཁང་པ་དང་གྲོང་གནས་པ་མེད་དོ། །ས་གཞི་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉམ་པ་ཁོ་ནར་འདུག་གོ །དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་སའི་བཅུད་ཁ་དོག་མར་སར་འདྲ་བ་རོ་སྦྲང་རྩི་མ་སྐོལ་བ་ལྟར་མངར་བ། སའི་སྟེང་ཆུས་ཁྱབ་པ་རླུང་གིས་སྤྲིས་མར་བྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་བརྐམ་ཆགས་ཅན་ཞིག་གིས་སོར་མོས་མྱངས་ཏེ། ཟོས་པས་གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་བྱེད་པས་ཟས་ཟ་བའི་དང་པོ་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེས་ལུས་བསྲ་ཞིང་ལྕི་ལ་འོད་ཀྱང་ནུབ་པས་མུན་པ་བྱུང་བ་དང་། ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་སའི་ཞག་སེར་པོ་སྦྲང་རྩིའི་རོ་ཅན་བྱུང་བའང་མྱངས་པས་ནུབ་ཅིང་། དེས་ན་ལུམ་པའི་ཚལ་མངར་པོ་སྦྲང་རྩིའི་རོ་ཅན་འབྱུང་ལ། དེ་ཡང་མྱངས་པས་ནུབ་ཅིང་། དེ་ནས་ཡང་མ་རྨོས་མ་བཏབ་པའི་འབྲས་ས་ལུ་ཤུན་ཕྲགས་མེད་པ་བྱུང་ཞིང་དེ་ཡང་ཟོས་པས་ཁ་ཟས་རགས་པས་རྒྱུ་མཐུན་འབྱུང་བའི་བཤང་གཅིའི་ལམ་དང་། ཕོ་དང་མོའི་དབང་པོ་བྱུང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གཉིས་ཕྲད་དེ་འཁྲིག་པ་སྤྱོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་གཞན་དག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་ངན་པ་སེམས་སུན་འབྱིན་པ་ཞེས་རྣམ་པར་སྨད་དེ། གྱོ་མོ་དང་གསེགས་མ་དག་གིས་འཐོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེས་དེའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཁྱིམ་བྱེད་དོ། །དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་ལེ་ལོ་ཅན་ཞིག་གིས་འབྲས་ལ་སོག་འཇོག་བྱས་པས་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པ་ན་འབྲས་རྔས་པ་ལྟར་ཕྱིར་མི་སྐྱེའོ། །དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་འབྲུའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །གཞི་དེ་ལས་མ་བྱིན་པར་ལེན་པ་དག་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་དག་ཚར་བཅད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་པོ་བསྐོ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནི་ཕལ་པོ་ཆེ་ཀུན་གྱིས་བཀུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་རིགས་དང་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། རྗེའུའི་རིགས་དང་། རྨང་རིགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་རྣམས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ལུས་ཀྱི་འོད་ནུབ་

如今世界显现成就，如先前一般，以经历最初劫的业，有从光明的天的族类，众生死后迁移到此地出生。那也是在欲乐中行事的业中，是殊胜、最胜、主要的，那业的果报即在那时显现成就，而不是其他的。那时，那些众生被称为最初劫。他们容貌端正，由意所生，于虚空中行走，以喜乐的食物为生，自身发出光芒，如同在色界中享用的天神一般。那时，没有家和房屋以及村庄住所。所有的大地都是平坦的。在那之后，大地的精华，颜色如同酥油，味道如同未熬制的蜂蜜般甜美。大地上被水覆盖，被风搅动成泡沫。一个贪婪者用手指品尝，食用后，其他人也这样做，因此出现了最初的食物。因此身体变得坚硬沉重，光芒也消失，出现了黑暗，以及太阳和月亮的轮廓。之后，出现了黄色的大地油脂，味道如同蜂蜜，品尝后也消失了。因此，出现了甜美的伦巴菜园，味道如同蜂蜜，品尝后也消失了。之后，又出现了未经耕种播种的稻米，没有谷壳，食用后，由于食物粗糙，出现了产生排泄物的通道，以及男性和女性的生殖器官。在那之后，二者交合，行淫事。之后，其他人谴责说这是恶劣的众生，令人厌恶，用瓦片和沙砾驱赶他们。因此，他们为此建造房屋。在那之后，一个懒惰的人储存稻米，大家都这样做，稻米就像收割后一样不再生长。在那之后，为了粮食而完全占据田地。从那基础上，出现了不予而取的事。为了惩罚他们，推举国王。他成为了被称为大众共同敬重的国王。之后，刹帝利种姓、婆罗门种姓、吠舍种姓和首陀罗种姓的血统在世间出现。之后，身体的光芒消失。

Now, as the world manifests and is accomplished, as before, by the karma of experiencing the first kalpa, beings will die and transmigrate from the ranks of the gods of clear light and be born here. That is also the most excellent, supreme, and principal among the actions that are practiced in desire. The fruit of that action will be manifestly accomplished at that time, and not otherwise. At that time, those beings are called the first kalpa. They are beautiful in form, born of mind, walking in the sky, living on joyful food, having light emanating from their own bodies, like the gods who enjoy themselves in the realm of form. At that time, there were no homes, houses, or villages to live in. All the earth was level. After that, the essence of the earth, the color like butter, the taste sweet like unboiled honey, the surface of the earth covered with water, churned into foam by the wind. A greedy person tasted it with his finger. When he ate it, others did the same, and thus the first food appeared. As a result, the body became hard and heavy, and the light disappeared, and darkness appeared, as well as the circles of the sun and moon. Then, yellow earth-oil appeared, with the taste of honey, and when tasted, it also disappeared. Therefore, sweet lumba gardens appeared, with the taste of honey, and when tasted, they also disappeared. Then, uncultivated and unsown rice appeared, without husks, and when eaten, because the food was coarse, the paths of excretion and urination, which produce common causes, and the male and female organs appeared. After that, the two joined together and engaged in sexual intercourse. Then, others condemned them, saying that they were evil beings, causing disgust, and scattered them with tiles and pebbles. Therefore, they built houses for that purpose. After that, a lazy person stored rice, and when everyone did the same, the rice no longer grew back as if it had been harvested. After that, they completely occupied the fields for the sake of grain. From that basis, the taking of what was not given occurred. In order to punish them, they appointed a king. He became the king called 'respected by all the people.' After that, the lineages of the Kshatriyas, Brahmins, Vaishyas, and Shudras appeared in the world. After that, the light of the body disappeared.
