་བྱས་ཏེ་གནས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་འོད་གསལ་གྱི་ལྷའི་རིས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཚུལ་དེས་མིའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་སྟོང་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་འཇིག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་པ་ཡང་དེ་དང་འདྲའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ཚངས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་མན་ཆད་ན་འགྲོ་བ་ལྔའི་སེམས་ཅན་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཞིག་པ་ཡིན་ལ། དེའི་ཚེ་ཡོ་བྱད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འབྱུང་བ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ཡོ་བྱད་འབྱུང་བ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཆར་པ་ཡང་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆར་མི་འབབ་པས་ས་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ལ་ཙྭ་དང་སྨན་དང་ཤིང་ཅི་ཡོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཐན་པ་བྱུང་བས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་ཤས་ཆེར་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །བསྲེག་པར་བྱ་བའི་དངོས་པོ་རྣམ་པ་དྲུག་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར། སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཞན་དྲུག་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདི་ལས་བཞི་འགྱུར་བཞི་འགྱུར་གྱིས་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། ། དེ་ལ་བསྲེག་པར་བྱ་བའི་དངོས་པོ་དྲུག་པོ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ལྟེང་ཀ་ཆུང་ངུ་དང་། ལྟེང་ཀ་ཆེན་པོ་དག་ནི་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཉིས་པས་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཆེ་ཆུང་དག་ནི་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གསུམ་པས་བསྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་མ་དྲོས་པ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཞི་པས་སྐམ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྔ་པ་དང་དྲུག་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱིས་སྐེམས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །རི་རབ་དང་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་གཟུགས་ཆེས་སྲ་བའི་ཕྱིར། ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དྲུག་པ་དང་བདུན་པས་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མེ་རླུང་གིས་སྦར་ནས་ཚངས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་མན་ཆད་དུ་འགྲོ་ཞིང་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་དག་ཀྱང་དངོས་པོ་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཆུ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དངོས་པོ་རྩྭ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དག་ནི་དང་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སྐེམས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཆུའི་དངོས་པོ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་ནི་གཞན་ལྔ་པོ་དག་གིས་སྐེམས་པར་བྱེད་ལ། བརྟན་ཞིང་སྲ་བའི་དངོས་པོ་དག་ཉིད་ནི་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ནང་དུ་ས་ཡང་མེད། ཐལ་བའི་ལྷག་མ་ཡང་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སྣོད་ཞིག་པས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཞིག་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་ནི་བར་གྱིས་བསྐལ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་འདས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཞིག་པ་ལ་ཡང་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་གནས་སོ། ། ཆུས་

这样做而住。之后死后转生到光明天的天界。用这种方式，人类世界就会空虚。人类世界毁灭的方式，和诸天毁灭的方式也一样。当梵天世界以下，连一个五道的众生都没有的时候，就是众生世界毁灭的时候。那时，用具等也都不再产生。当用具不再产生的时候，雨也不会再下。不下雨，这个大地上所有的草、药和树木都会干枯。发生旱灾，这个太阳的轮圆就会更加猛烈地焚烧。因为有六种要焚烧的物体。众生们因毁灭的业力，会出现另外六个太阳的轮圆。那些也比这个太阳的轮圆强大四倍四倍。那六种要焚烧的物体是什么呢？小水塘和大水塘，被第二个太阳的轮圆焚烧。大小河流被第三个太阳的轮圆焚烧。大湖玛垂萨（Anavatapta）被第四个太阳的轮圆晒干。大海被第五个和第六个太阳的轮圆逐渐晒干。须弥山和大地，因为形体非常坚硬，被第六个和第七个太阳的轮圆焚烧。之后，它自身的火焰燃烧，到达梵天世界以下，并焚烧。那些也变成三种物体。从水中产生的物体，如草等，首先被晒干。那些水之物体，被其他五个晒干。坚固而硬的物体，被两个焚烧。这样，里面既没有土地，也没有灰烬的残余。仅仅因为容器毁灭，所以称为世界毁灭。那时，中间经过了二十个中劫。同样，世界毁灭也持续二十个中劫。用水

Having done that, they dwell there. Then, having died and transmigrated, they will be born in the realm of the gods of clear light. In this way, the human world will become empty. Just as the human world is destroyed, so too is the destruction of the gods similar. When there is not even one sentient being of the five destinies below the Brahma world, then it is the destruction of the sentient world. At that time, implements and so forth will also cease to arise. When implements cease to arise, then rain will also cease to fall. Because it does not rain, all the grass, medicine, and trees that exist on this great earth will become dry. Because drought occurs, this very disc of the sun will burn intensely. Because there are six kinds of objects to be burned, due to the power of the karma of sentient beings to be destroyed, six other discs of the sun will arise. Those are also four times more powerful than this disc of the sun, four times over. What are those six objects to be burned? Small ponds and large ponds are burned by the second disc of the sun. Large and small rivers are burned by the third disc of the sun. The great lake Anavatapta is dried up by the fourth disc of the sun. The great ocean is gradually dried up by the direction of the fifth and sixth discs of the sun. Mount Meru and the great earth, because their form is extremely solid, are burned by the sixth and seventh discs of the sun. Then, ignited by its own fire and wind, it goes down to the Brahma world and burns. Those also become three kinds of objects. Objects that arise from water, such as grass and so forth, are first dried up. Those very water objects are dried up by the other five. Objects that are stable and hard are burned by two. In this way, there is neither earth inside nor residue of ashes. Just because the container is destroyed, it is called the destruction of the world. At that time, twenty intermediate eons have passed. Similarly, the destruction of the world also lasts for twenty intermediate eons. By water
