and so on cannot descend. It makes all places of sorrow and cliffs abundant with trees and lakes, etc. People do not die untimely, and no animal can resist. Even those who are incompatible, like snakes and mongooses, do not harm each other. These will be granted by the Lord of Power. The woman is: her body emits the scent of sandalwood, her mouth emits the scent of lotus, contact with her eliminates afflictions, and she makes the hunger, thirst, and sorrow of that region disappear. When the king sees her, she feels warm in cold weather and cool in hot weather. Everyone sees her as a mother and sister. She gives birth to many like-minded sons. Even if the husband goes to other women, she is not jealous. Even without possessions, she is not controlled by the five desires. Such a woman is offered by the minister, and after her death, she is reborn as a god. The minister is: he knows and does all things even without learning, abandons non-virtue, is without afflictions, and benefits all beings like a parent. The elephant is: intelligent and obedient, able to conquer enemies, has the strength of a thousand elephants, can fight in water, land, and air, circles Jambudvipa three times in one day, can be wrapped even with a thread, and when the king rides, it walks slowly without urging. These are granted by the Lord of Power. It is said that this is the youngest son of the elephant king Rabbrtan. The excellent horse is: as white as a lotus and a conch, possessing the same qualities as the elephant. These are granted by the Lord of Power. It is also the youngest son of the horse king Cloud Force. The commentary explains that the body is blue and the head is black. The householder is: the treasury is filled with gold, silver, and other wealth, obeys the king's orders, and does not harm anyone. The seven precious possessions are: the sword goes to the place where the king wants to conquer the enemy, and even without wielding it, it makes the enemy submit. The general, even though he has the power to destroy all enemy troops, does not harm others. The leather is ten yojanas long and five yojanas wide, is not wetted by rain or moved by wind, feels warm when it is cold and cool when it is hot, does not see ugly women, illuminates the light of the sun and moon, and the dragon skin comes from the ocean.

Then the minister took it, and a merchant offered a house that could do the work of a house. That house is: twelve yojanas in length and seven yojanas in width. If you want to see jewels, the moon, and stars, etc., come to that house. You can see auspicious dreams. When it is cold, it becomes warm, and when it is hot, a cool breeze arises, and goddesses come there to play music. The clothes are: soft, without stains. Wearing them, one will not be harmed by cold, hunger, thirst, fatigue, etc. Fire cannot burn them, and weapons cannot cut them. The garden is: when the king goes there, by the power of the garden, heavenly daughters and various kinds of birds will come to enjoy desirable objects. The bedding is: if one meditates, one will be liberated, the mind will be clear, and all defilements will not arise. The shoes are: wearing them, one will not sink in water, and one can travel a hundred yojanas in an instant without fatigue. Furthermore, it is said that a thousand sons who can withstand a thousand men, and bows and arrows that can subdue enemies, will also appear. These are the four ways of ruling the four continents, three continents, two continents, and one continent. For the ruler of the four continents: the kings of the regions will come to pay homage, saying, 'These are the subjects of the gods. Please, gods, teach them well. We are followers of the gods.' The command of the wheel-turning king is: 'O chiefs! You must teach the people of your respective races well with the Dharma. Do not do what is not in accordance with the Dharma. You must also not allow those who do what is not in accordance with the Dharma and evil deeds to live in your country.' For the ruler of the three continents: by sending messengers, they will come to pay homage. For the ruler of the two continents: they will come to argue with each other, and then they will come to pay homage. For the ruler of one continent: after fighting each other with weapons, they will come to pay homage. The differences between them are: gold, silver, copper, and iron wheel kings, they rule one, two, three, and four continents respectively, in descending order. Four Buddhas who attain enlightenment simultaneously or not simultaneously. Being welcomed, going by oneself, setting up a battlefield, and using weapons to win, without harm. It is also said that. Those kings have the thirty-two marks of a great man.
