ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ། ཡི་དྭགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་དང་འདྲའོ། །ཁ་ཅིག་ན་རེ། དེ་དག་ན་ཡང་རྣམ་སྨིན་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི་བདེ་བ་མེད་པ་ཡིན་གྱི། རྒྱུ་མཐུན་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་ནི་མེད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །ཡི་དྭགས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བ་རྣམས་དང་། དུད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་དང་། མི་རྣམས་ལ་ནི། ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་བལྟས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཡོ་བྱད་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་དང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདྲེས་མར་སྣང་ངོ་། །དེ་ལ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་ནི་འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་བདེ་བ་ནི་མཆོག་དང་། གཙོ་བོ་དང་། གྱ་ནོམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ཡང་ཚེ་ལོ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་ནས་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་བར་ལ་འབྱུང་གི །བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་ལས་ཆུང་བར་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེའི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་མན་ཆད་ལ་མི་རྫོགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱུང་བ་ན། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པར་འབྱུང་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། གླང་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། རྟ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། བུད་མེད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། ཁྱིམ་བདག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། བདུན་པ་བློན་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའོ། ། དེའི་ཚེ་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འབྱུང་བ་ནི། མདོ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་ཤིང་། མདོ་ལས། རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་ལ་མགོ་དང་བཅས་པ་བཀྲུས་ནས། བསྙེན་གནས་བྱས་ཤིང་། བློན་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ་འདུག་པ་ན། ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱི་ཚིག་གིས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པས་བྱས་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་བསྟན་པ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །ཞེས་དང་། དྲན་པ་ཉེར་གཞག་ཏུ་གསེར་ལས་བྱས་པ་དཔག་ཚད་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པ། རྩིབས་སྟོང་ཡོད་པ། མཛེས་པ། ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་དཔག་ཚད་འབུམ་དུ་ཉི་མ་གཅིག་གིས་འགྲོ་བ། གླིང་བཞི་དང་། ལྷའི་རིས་རྣམས་སུ་འང་གླང་པོ་སོགས་ཀུན་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འགྲོ་བ། རྒྱལ་པོས་མི་ཐོས་པ་དེས་ཐོས་པར་བྱེད་པ། འགྲན་པ་སུ་ཡང་མེད་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཤི་ནས་སྒོ་ཁང་དུ་ཟུག་ནས་འདུག་སྟེ། བུ་ལ་མི་ཕན་ནོ། །ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནི། མི་ཆེན་པོའི་བརླ་ཙམ་པ་ཟུར་བརྒྱད་པ་སྟེ། མཚན་མོ་དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱད་དུ་འོད་འབྱུང་བ། ཉི་མ་ཚ་བ་ན་བསིལ་བ་འབྱུང་བ། སྐོམ་པ་ན་ཆུ་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་དང་ལྡན་པ་འབྱུང་བ། རྒྱལ་པོས་ཅི་བསམ་པ་འབྱུང་བ། འོད་སྣ་ཚོགས་འབྱུང་བ། དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱར་ནད་མེད་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་། ལས་ཀུན་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་འདོད་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་འབྱུང་བ། ཀླུ་ངན་པས་སེར་བ

正如地狱众生一样，饿鬼众生也是如此。有些人说，在饿鬼中也没有从异熟产生的安乐，但并非没有从等流因产生的安乐。对于具有大神通的饿鬼、畜生和人类来说，从外境所见的受用之乐和痛苦是混合显现的。其中，人类之中，转轮王的安乐是最好、最主要和最丰富的。转轮王出现的时间是从寿命八万岁到无数岁之间。不会小于八万岁，因为他的圆满在八万岁以下不会圆满。转轮王出现在世间时，会具有七宝，即轮宝、象宝、马宝、摩尼宝、玉女宝、主藏臣宝，第七是主兵臣宝。当时，轮宝等出现的情况，应当如经中所说的那样讲述。经中说：国王在十五日洗头后，进行斋戒，被大臣们围绕着坐着时，从东方出现天神的轮宝，由百千因陀罗的语言所造作，四大天王向国王展示。以及在《念住经》中说，由黄金制成，五百由旬，有一千辐条，美丽，在虚空中一日能行百万由旬，四大部洲和天界中，象等一切都能在虚空中行走，国王听不到的能听到，使之成为无人能比的。国王死后，轮宝会卡在门框上，对儿子没有利益。摩尼宝是像大人物的大腿一样粗细的八角形宝物，夜晚能发出八由旬的光芒，白天炎热时能产生凉爽，口渴时能产生具有八支功德的水，能实现国王所想的一切，能发出各种光芒，能使百由旬内没有疾病，对于一切事业都能产生如意的结果，恶龙不会降冰雹。

Just as with the hell beings, so too are the pretas. Some say that among them, there is no happiness born from vipaka, but it is not that there is no happiness born from the causal flow. For pretas with great magical powers, animals, and humans, the happiness of resources arising from external appearances and suffering appear mixed. Among them, the happiness of a chakravartin is the best, the most important, and the most abundant. That chakravartin appears from a lifespan of eighty thousand years to immeasurable years. It is not less than eighty thousand years, because his perfection is not complete below eighty thousand. When a chakravartin appears in the world, he appears possessing seven jewels: the wheel jewel, the elephant jewel, the horse jewel, the mani jewel, the woman jewel, the householder jewel, and the seventh is the minister jewel. At that time, the appearance of the wheel jewel and so on should be told as it is said in the sutra. In the sutra it says: On the fifteenth day, the king washes his head and observes the uposatha, and when he is sitting surrounded by a assembly of ministers, from the east appears a divine wheel, made by all the actions of a hundred thousand Indras, and the four great kings show the king. And in the Smrtyupasthana Sutra, it says, made of gold, five hundred yojanas, with a thousand spokes, beautiful, traveling a hundred thousand yojanas in the sky in one day, in the four continents and also in the realms of the gods, elephants and everything else travel in the sky, making the king hear what he does not hear, making him unmatched by anyone. After the king dies, the wheel gets stuck in the doorframe and is of no benefit to the son. The mani jewel is an octagonal jewel as thick as the thigh of a great man, emitting light for eight yojanas at night, producing coolness when the sun is hot, producing water with eight qualities when thirsty, fulfilling whatever the king thinks, emitting various lights, making a hundred yojanas free from disease, and producing the desired result for all activities, and evil nagas do not hail.
