Because of clinging through expression, it is with conceptualization. That which transcends the world is the opposite of that, so it is distinguished. The refutation of the argument against non-conceptualization is: if there is no conceptualization, then it cannot be determined as "this." So, how can one enter well into the knowable? Like this, when entering the form of transcending the world, for example, like seeing form with the eyes, one directly sees and experiences the meaning of impermanence, but it is not seeing impermanence itself through explicit expression and elaboration. Similarly, for the remaining things, one also sees the meaning of determination, but not determination itself. This is not so, etc., it should be combined according to the circumstances. From the extensive commentary on the Abhidharma-samuccaya, the "Ocean of Good Explanations," the explanation of the second chapter of the Samuccaya is completed. The third chapter of the Samuccaya, the Determination of Dharma. Thus, after revealing the object to be determined, the Four Noble Truths, secondly, in order to reveal the cause of realization, which is the nature of the practice itself, the question is asked: What is the determination of Dharma? There are eight answers: the explanation of the scriptures, the explanation of its object, the classification of its object of focus, the reasoning arising from thought, the realization arising from analysis, the ground arising from meditation, the explanation of the place of mastery of Dharma, and the very extensive special explanation. The first aspect includes briefly revealing by name, explaining the nature of each in detail, and summarizing into the three pitakas. Among the three, the first is: Dharma refers to the twelve divisions of scripture, such as the sutra pitaka. The second aspect includes: the sutra pitaka refers to the meaning to be revealed, spoken in a concise way, individually and fluently. Why does the Tathagata not separately explain the meaning to be revealed, but speak in a summarized way? Because he sees ten benefits. And so on. Like this, the teacher is easy to establish, because many meanings to be revealed can be established with little effort. It is easy to explain, because a vast meaning can be understood with few words. From the listener's point of view, there are eight aspects, it is easy to grasp, because it is revealed through few words and meanings. Quickly due to reverence for the Dharma.
