Since it is without indication and without obstruction, it does not become an object of manifestation for others, so others cannot know one's own intentional mind. The application of these terms depends solely on form, so they are established as having form and being subject to change, like dust particles. Therefore, this is called non-revealing form. Are the actions of body and speech, which turn into good and bad, the nature of form itself, or not? What difference does it make? If according to the first statement, then what is the necessity of the non-revealing form admitted by the Vaibhashikas? If according to the second statement, what merit is there in showing it there for something that is not form? Answer: It is not the nature of form, because these are the nature of good and bad. The view that form is good and bad is not the view of the sons of Shakya (Buddhists). Then what is it? Because form can establish these, it is form. Therefore, in the *Distinguishing Exposition of Reasoning*, it is also said that the meaning of form has three aspects, as it says: "Thus, the meaning of form has three aspects: it is the meaning of being a realm that can always be examined, the meaning of being able to produce changes by the touch of accumulated hands, etc., is the meaning of being able to be form, and the meaning of form being able to explain them is the meaning of being able to be form. Thus, the form that can be indicated, this is coarse and coarse, is form because it is a realm that can be examined, the form that has obstruction, the touch of accumulated hands, etc., can produce changes, it is form because it is able to be form, and the form that cannot be indicated and has no obstruction, called the non-revealing form of body and speech, form can explain it, therefore it is able to be form. Thus, if there is no body and speech, it cannot be explained, because if there is no form, it cannot be explained." Thus it is said. If it is not form, then what is its nature? Killing and abandoning killing, etc., are the nature of the mental factor of thought, which strongly motivates the revealing actions of body and speech. Why is this the action of body and speech? Because it causes the revealing actions of body and speech to operate, therefore.

It is also called the karma of body and speech. For example, the manifestation of mind is called mental karma. Why are such thoughts called killing or taking what is not given? Because it can prevent the lives of others and can take what is not given, it is called as such. How is it done? Because the physical and verbal expressions it produces can do those things, it is said to be done by it. For example, if a thief sets a fire, it is said that the thief burned the village. Such thoughts are also of three kinds: thoughts of going, thoughts of deciding, and thoughts of moving. The first two are thoughts, and the latter causes the object to enter into verbal expression. The first two can also be called the motivation of the causal time and the karma of the mind, while the latter is called the motivation of that time and the karma of thought. If there is no involvement of physical and verbal expressions, then the thoughts mentioned above cannot be established, just like the formless realm. Therefore, the establishment of those thoughts depends on the physical and verbal expressions. And the physical and verbal expressions also depend on the great elements, so ultimately the establishment of them depends on the great elements, so it is said that the great elements are the cause. Thus, the karma of body and speech are the two, expression and non-expression. Expression is a colored thing, so it can be good or bad. If someone thinks that colored birthplaces such as color can be good or bad, then he is not a son of Shakya. As it is said in the principle of accomplishment of karma. Therefore, as mentioned above, the non-expression with characteristics is only the karma of body and speech that can be good or bad. Thus, here, "born from having taken it" actually refers to the non-expression collected by the Pratimoksha vows, and from this it is shown that it should be known that it also includes the vows of meditation and non-outflow, as well as non-vows and intermediate non-expressions. The completely imputed is what appears in the mind when practicing impurity meditation.
