When one knows that the unmanifest dharma, which is not an object of the eye, is merely dharma, then one abandons attachment to the appearance of self there. There are three kinds of obstructed phenomena, the first of which is to explain without distinguishing between real and imputed: Whatever is explained and not distinguished between real and imputed, those are also the obstructed phenomena that are not distinguished between real and imputed. The definer explains in another way, and also regards the obstructed as a definition in three ways, such as by genus. Among them, the wall that obstructs each other and the light that is obstructed are the obstructed phenomena of genus, because their nature is born obstructed. The coarser substances above the subtle particles are the obstructed phenomena of expansion, because their own body expands widely to occupy space, thereby obstructing the space of other substances. The subtle particles are unobstructed because they do not have the power to press down on space. Any body that is grasped, if its form has not been transformed by the power of samadhi, is an obstructed phenomenon that has not been completely purified, because the bodies of yogis who have been completely purified by samadhi can enter fences and walls without obstruction. For example, like gods with equal minds, those gods with equal minds and unchanging minds, even if they dwell in an area as small as a hole pierced by a tiny tip, there is no obstruction between them, as it is said in summary. The former is explained in another way, and also because it is the basis for extreme confusion and the arising of anger, it is also regarded as an obstructed phenomenon. The so-called "ᱯྲ་ཏི་གྷ་" (Tibetan: པྲ་ཏི་གྷ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रतिघ, Sanskrit Romanization: pratigha, Chinese literal meaning: obstruction) refers to both anger and obstruction. Through this meaning of obstructed phenomena, everything is also obstructed phenomena. Or, combine them as appropriate, and only the form realm and sense fields belonging to the form included in the dharma-sphere are regarded as obstructed phenomena. When one knows that obstruction is merely dharma, then one abandons attachment to the appearance of obstructed phenomena that are not completely gone for me. The opposite of the obstructed phenomena mentioned above is the unobstructed phenomenon. Among them, when the explained is regarded as an obstructed phenomenon, then one should know that the unmanifest is regarded as an unobstructed phenomenon, and so on. If one does not distinguish between real and imputed, then everything is, but if one distinguishes, then combine them as appropriate.

E! The form of the source of Dharma, the aggregate of name-basis, and those included by the unconditioned are only unobstructed. Knowing that unobstructed is only Dharma, one abandons the manifest attachment to unobstructedness that has gone into everything for the self. Dividing into twelve categories such as contaminated, for the time being, contamination refers to afflictions such as desire. These are called contamination because they spread to objects and flow from the wounds of the six sources. Such contamination, along with it, is established by six doors. Thus, afflictions and near afflictions are established as being with contamination because they are the nature of that contamination, not because contamination is related to other meanings. Those minds and mental events that are in accordance with them, those places, faculties, and form, are related to those contaminations. The virtues of children are bound by contaminations because they accomplish rebirth due to ignorance and the view of self. Even for the children of higher grounds, the seeds of the contaminations of the lower grounds follow. Those who do not turn their backs on existence are in accordance with the increase of contamination. The ripened aggregates of the Arhats are seen as being with contamination because they arise from the cause of previous contamination. Among them, those who are in accordance with the aspect of definite discrimination, even if they possess the evil destinies of contamination, are not in accordance with the increase of contamination because they are the antidote to contamination by turning their backs on existence. The first fifteen and ten of the realms and sources, the last three and one part of two of the realms and sources, the truth of the path with its retinue, and except for the unconditioned, are seen as being with contamination because they are related to contamination through any of the six doors mentioned. Knowing that being with contamination is only Dharma, one abandons attachment to that self. The opposite of the relationship of the six doors that establish being with contamination as described is uncontaminated. Among them, the explanation of the meaning of the opposite, the nature of that uncontaminated, etc., is not the meaning of the opposite. As before, there was no form.
