Just as the earth is adorned, it is not by the support of sense organs without sense faculties, because it would be fallacious to assert that there is no difference between the dead and the living in terms of whether their support is adorned or not. Therefore, whoever has attachment to the body is even more attached to the adornment of the body. Therefore, it is reasonable to say that for those born in the form realm, the sense faculties of nose and tongue are also accomplished for the sake of adorning the body. Those who arise and are born in the desire realm know their own realm directly through the mind of their own realm, and they know the two higher realms and the undefiled dharmas through hearing and thinking. Therefore, they also know the activities in the three realms and the undefiled dharmas. Just as those born in the desire realm, those born in the form realm know their own dharmas directly through the mind of their own realm, through meditative stabilization and non-stabilization, and they know the higher and lower realms and the undefiled dharmas through hearing, but not through thinking, because those born there, as soon as they begin to contemplate the meaning of what they have heard, will naturally enter into meditative absorption due to the power of habituation. Therefore, knowing the three realms and the undefiled dharmas is like that. The children born in the formless realm only know their own realm, but not the higher and lower realms and the undefiled, because there is no hearing or thinking there. The noble ones born there, through the mind of their own realm, also know the undefiled dharmas in the manner of remembering what they have attained. Therefore, they also know their own realm and the undefiled dharmas. Thus it is said. The commentary says that external ordinary beings only know their own realm, but some of these dharma practitioners, due to the power of being completely familiar with what they have heard before, also generate it by focusing on the higher ground. Thus it is said. The undefiled wisdom, in the subsequent attainment, knows the activities in the three realms in the manner of illusion and so on, as it is said in the Ornament: "It distinguishes all the conditioned phenomena of the three realms as untrue and inverted."

As it is said, "Wisdom is extremely pure, seeing through the meaning of non-duality." The undefiled dharmas are known in meditative equipoise through the mode of individual awareness, and also known through the subsequent attainment of pure worldly wisdom. Thus, the mind is not definite like the sense faculties with form, because the lower mind also knows the higher dharmas, and the lower mind arises on the basis of the higher support. The establishment of the three dharmas, along with incidental insertions, has been extensively explained. Now, the reasons for their order will be shown, namely the three establishments of the order of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Briefly, regarding the order of the aggregates, what is the reason why the order of the aggregates is established and shown in that way? It is said thus. This should also be understood through the three orders of the dwelling place of consciousness, the support and the supported, and the defilements and the complete purification. Firstly, because of the very dwelling place of consciousness, the aggregates are established in order. In what way are the four, form, etc., in which consciousness dwells, shown first in the order of their grossness, and the dweller, consciousness, is shown after that. Secondly, the earlier ones, such as form, are also the support for the later ones, such as feeling. Thus, form is the support for feeling, because feelings such as pleasure arise according to how the object and the sense faculty of form are in accordance with the arising of pleasure, etc. Feeling is the support for perception, because just as feeling experiences the aspects of pleasure, etc., in that way, it is labeled as "this is a place of happiness," "this is a place of suffering," and so forth. Perception is the support for formation, because just as perception completely determines and perceives the place where happiness, etc., arise, in that way, the mind manifestly forms and moves for the sake of attaining that and abandoning that. Mind is also the support for consciousness, because just as the mind thinks and manifestly forms the mind, in that very way, consciousness enters.
