Perfect Enlightenment and the benefit of others. From where does it come? It comes from the three types of Prajnaparamita Sutras: extensive, intermediate, and concise. The word "also" means that the treatises not only present these two as the goals of generating Bodhicitta, or to let people know that they are the adornment of everything. In the twenty-fifth chapter, it says, not only from the extensive and concise, but also from... How is it done? From the Ashtasahasrika Prajnaparamita Sutra, it says, "Subhuti, you should base yourself on the Prajnaparamita of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas and be courageous." This is from the concise and the other two from the extensive way. In what situation? "Son of good family, Bodhicitta is the seed." And that itself, "is the fruit, the essence of all the Buddha's teachings," as the Arya Gandavyuha Sutra and others say, Bodhicitta itself is the root of all the Buddha's teachings, which is not contradictory to explaining the first of the seventy meanings in the eighth chapter, because generating Bodhicitta is the root of all the Buddha's teachings. In the Great Commentary, the Gandavyuha Sutra itself is cited as the basis for first explaining the generation of Bodhicitta. If "not contradictory to the meaning of the Sutra" is applied to the three: extensive, intermediate, and concise, then saying "not contradictory to the three: extensive, intermediate, and concise, is explained from the three: extensive, intermediate, and concise" is very irrelevant. Some say, "explained from the Ashtasahasrika Prajnaparamita Sutra, not contradictory to the meaning of extensive and intermediate," which is also not related to the initial summary and the phrase "from the extensive way," so it is unreasonable. The ancients said, "In the treatises, not contradictory to the meaning of the Sutras of the three: extensive, intermediate, and concise, is implied," which is also very irrelevant to the situation of directly mentioning the source and the explainer, such as "from the three of the extensive Mother Buddha" and "with the language of vigorously explaining," so it is unreasonable. If Serlingpa's "Seven Jewels" refers to the Gandavyuha Sutra and others, then it is in accordance with the Great Commentary. Therefore, only what I said is the intention of the teacher that should be believed. With what language is it explained? In the twenty-fifth chapter, it says, "Shariputra, if someone wants to realize perfect enlightenment of all dharmas in all ways, then he should..."

One should strive diligently. Thus, Bodhi is briefly taught. Bodhi is the non-dual wisdom that realizes all knowable things as they are. Its object is all phenomena, and it is said to be briefly taught because it is perfectly enlightened in all aspects. The summary of its words is: One should practice the Perfection of Wisdom, which means having the meaning of knowing. Furthermore, like the great Bodhisattva Shawa Child abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom in a non-abiding manner, because the giver, the object of giving, and the receiver are not perceived, the Perfection of Giving is perfected in a manner of not abandoning, and so on, all six perfections are connected and taught. Therefore, the extensive Bodhi is taught. The so-called object, all phenomena, is divided into the six perfections; the so-called all aspects are divided and explained as the realization of not perceiving the three spheres. The summary of those words is: With all things such as giving. Moreover, if divided, in each of the ten directions, in worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, all sentient beings who wish to completely pass into the realm of Nirvana without any remaining aggregates should study the Perfection of Wisdom, thus abandoning and teaching the benefit of others. The so-called benefit of others is merely teaching the result without dividing the means of obtaining it. The summary of its words is: Because one wishes to place all sentient beings in Nirvana according to their abilities, one should practice this Perfection of Wisdom. Furthermore, Bodhisattvas wish to place miserly sentient beings in generosity, those who violate morality in morality, and those with much malice in patience, so one should study the Perfection of Wisdom, thus extensively teaching the benefit of others. The so-called benefit of others, Nirvana, is because the means of obtaining it are divided into the six perfections, and that result is taught. The summary of its words is the needs of the miserly, and so on. The teachings of words that act like showing deeds and so on extremely should be connected. The words of the source of brevity and extensiveness are summarized by "etc.". The generation of the Mahayana mind, in terms of Dharma, should be known as the nature of desiring perfect enlightenment for the sake of others. Extensive
