The two, having power over taking birth, that is, taking a body as desired, are the result of ethics. The power to transform earth and so forth into gold and so forth as desired, having power over aspiration, is the result of patience. Accomplishing as desired, having power over aspiration prayers, is the result of diligence. Having power over miraculous abilities gathered by clairvoyance is the result of meditative concentration. Manifesting wisdom as desired, having power over wisdom, and being able to teach the twelve branches of scripture as desired, having power over Dharma, these two are the result of the Perfection of Wisdom. Sixth: Relying on meditative concentration, obtaining power over abandoning and taking bodies is the basis; obtaining power over transformation and changing is the object; entering into countless samadhis in each instant is the intention; and obtaining mastery over immeasurable doors of dharani is called the complete purification of wisdom, these are the four. Seventh: When teaching the Dharma, some in the assembly want to listen, lend an ear, and place their minds close, while others are the opposite of that, not wanting to listen; some listen and some do not listen. With regard to these two, in order, one dwells in mindfulness with equanimity, only separating from delighting and being attached with a pleased mind, being angry with a displeased mind, and being separated from both delight and displeasure. Eighth: Before the Hearers, Solitary Realizers, etc., go for alms, etc., they examine with clairvoyance whether someone will generate afflictions by focusing on me. If they know that afflictions will arise, they think, 'May no one generate afflictions by focusing on me,' and thus, relying on the ultimate of the fourth dhyana, they enter into samadhi without afflictions. By the power of that, when they rise and go for alms, they only cause that in the continuum of some, afflictions that focus on them do not arise. The non-affliction of the Buddhas is: because they perform the activity of uprooting the afflictions of those sentient beings in whose continuum afflictions arise that focus on them, they are far superior to the former. Ninth: The knowledge of the aspiration of the Buddhas is superior to that of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers by five distinctions: because it is spontaneously accomplished without the mark of effort; because attachment is abandoned by not being attached to objects; because all places are

There is no forgetting, and constantly abiding as long as samsara exists, and answering all the questions asked by those to be tamed through their own correct wisdom. Tenth is: As it says, "The ocean is the blessing of the abode of aquatic creatures, time may pass, but for the sons of the Buddhas who should be tamed, the Buddha will not have the passage of time." There is no forgetting for the benefit of sentient beings. Eleventh is: Because the seeds of the nature of the latent tendencies of afflictions and cognitive obscurations have been abandoned, there will be no behavior like having afflictions. Twelfth is: Focusing on all beings, observing six times day and night, is great compassion. Thirteenth, the physical eye is the realm of form from a hundred yojanas to three thousand great thousand worlds. The divine eye is born from the ripening of offering lamps to stupas, etc., and is the realm of the death and rebirth of all sentient beings. The eye of wisdom is the realm of not clinging to the characteristics of self and phenomena in all dharmas. The Dharma eye is the realm of knowing all noble beings such as the eighth level and stream-enterers as they are. The Buddha eye is the realm of completely and perfectly awakening to all dharmas in all ways. Among them, the physical eye is the path of accumulation, the divine eye is the path of preparation, the eye of wisdom is the samadhi of the path of seeing, the Dharma eye is its subsequent attainment, the Buddha eye is the Dharmakaya Buddha ground, and the similar one exists from the eighth ground onwards. Fourteenth, the supernormal power of magical ability is the samadhi and wisdom that cause the earth to shake, and do things like gathering into one and transforming into many. The divine ear is hearing small and large sounds, etc., that exist in all realms of the world, born from the power of meditation, and is related to the form of the samadhi ground. Telepathy is the samadhi and wisdom that know one's own and others' minds, including those with and without desire, as they are. Recollection of past lives is the samadhi and wisdom that remember many previous lives of oneself and others. The divine eye is kalpas.
