From the two aspects, firstly, there are three immeasurables: accompanied by love and happiness, separated from suffering by compassion, and with joy not separated from happiness. With equanimity, not following the all-pervasive afflictions of attachment and hatred, holding the intention of benefit. Thus, I pay homage to the Buddha who possesses the two intentions of benefit and happiness. Secondly, thirdly, and fourthly refer to: the eight liberations of the capable Bhagavan, which are definitive liberation from all obstacles. Subduing all worlds with the eight victories, the ten all-pervasives are that the Buddha knows all knowable things pervasively with wisdom. Thus, the mind is liberated from the two obscurations. Fifthly refers to: taming all sentient beings' afflictions of all kinds, and for those who do not have manifest afflictions, also showing the antidote to prevent future arising, destroying the seeds of afflictions, and being particularly loving towards sentient beings. Sixthly refers to: when wanting to know the thoughts of those to be tamed, etc., it manifests as spontaneously accomplished without effort, and because it is free from the two obscurations, there is no attachment or obstruction. As stated in the Ratnagotravibhāga: "Because afflictions are abandoned, there is no attachment; because the obscurations of knowledge are purified, there is no obstruction in all places." Constantly abiding in equanimity, and cutting off doubts by answering all questions. The wisdom of the Hearers requires immediate prayer, and depends on diligence to enter into samadhi, and only understands partially, sometimes cannot abide in equanimity, and cannot cut off certain doubts. In order, it is not spontaneously accomplished, etc. Seventhly refers to: truly knowing the support and the supported, that is, the nature of Dharma and meaning, which will be explained. Truly knowing speech and wisdom, that is, definitive meaning and fearlessness, is the one who can explain. Skillfully expounding the excellent Dharma in a way that wisdom is constantly unobstructed. Eighthly refers to: with the direct perception of miraculous powers, going to the place of those to be tamed, with the direct perception of knowing others' minds, clearly understanding the various minds of sentient beings.

Because of knowing these, he knows the behavior of sentient beings. Through the divine ear, he knows how to teach the Dharma in their languages. Through the power of remembering past lives, he knows coming here from the end of the past. Through the divine eye, he knows going to the end of the future. Through the exhaustion of outflows, he knows how to definitely liberate from samsara through the paths of the three vehicles. In accordance with these, he skillfully teaches. The ninth is: When all sentient beings see you, because you possess the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, they know you are a supreme being, and they are greatly delighted just by seeing his actions. The tenth is: Pure basis is taking birth, and abiding for as long as one wishes, and having mastery over abandoning it when the time comes. Pure object is the emanation of the objectless and the transformation of the objectful. Pure mind is having mastery over samadhi in all aspects. Pure wisdom is having mastery over wisdom in all aspects. Secondly, there are ten distinctions: the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, no protection, the three close placements of mindfulness, abandonment of habits, no forgetfulness, great compassion, unshared dharmas, omniscience, and the six perfections reaching the other shore. The first is: shown from the aspect of function, considering the act of killing etc. as a means to a good rebirth is a demon who deceives by means. By the power of knowing what is and is not the case, it is shown that virtue is the place of good rebirth, but non-virtue such as killing is not, thereby destroying it. The demon who deceives by means is the one who, even having committed sins and not done good, thinks that by pleasing Ishvara etc., one will not fall into bad rebirths etc. By the power of knowing the actions to be owned, it is shown that one will experience the good and bad actions one has done, and that Ishvara etc. cannot protect one from them, thereby destroying it. Merely proclaiming that liberation can be attained by obtaining worldly meditation is a demon who deceives purity. By the power of knowing meditation, liberation, samadhi, and absorption, the afflictions of worldly meditation.
