And endowed, becoming the teacher of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. The ninth is, the three, namely, the Svabhavikakaya, the Sambhogakaya, and the Nirmanakaya, the former with profundity, and the latter two with vastness, having attained manifest enlightenment, knowing all knowable things, in all places cutting off the doubts of sentient beings. The tenth is, without clinging to enjoyment, and without even the slightest stain of fault, the laws of the world and suffering, etc., cannot shake the mind, not abiding even in small thoughts and slight evils, not moving by distraction, without discursive thoughts on all dharmas, the Buddha Bhagavan who has perfected the six paramitas, I prostrate to him. Fourth, the manner in which the three activities of deeds and benefit of beings subdue the beings to be tamed of the superior, middling, and inferior grades, the manner in which the fields and realms appear differently, and the manner in which the main activity is determined as the doctrine and the upholders of the doctrine. The first is, when the sun with a vast light of a thousand rays rises in this Jambudvipa, it gradually shines first on the king of mountains, the snowy mountains (Mount Kailash), and then on the intermediate black mountains below it, and finally on the lower plains and valleys, illuminating all the worlds, similarly, the rays of the sun of the activities of the Victorious Buddha Bhagavan also gradually shine on the three groups of beings to be tamed of the three vehicles, superior, middling, and inferior, and finally illuminate the minds of sentient beings who are certain to fall into evil paths. The second is, just as fire burns and appears in a place where causes and conditions such as firewood are assembled, but extinguishes and does not appear in other places where causes and conditions are not assembled, so the Buddhas appear to the sentient beings in whatever place and time the roots of virtue of seeing the Buddha and hearing the Dharma ripen, and do not appear in other places, it should be known. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: Although the king of gods sends down rain, Inferior soil does not sprout, Although the Buddhas come, Those without fortune do not experience goodness. As it is said. The third is the Teacher's sacred Dharma, etc., as previously stated. Third, the limb of following to the end has three:
