Due to the perfect distinction of wisdom and realization, therefore, for those with perfect realization, the aspect of fearlessness is: In the center of the retinue, I have manifestly and completely awakened to all dharmas in all aspects. Thus, one makes a personal promise, and there is no debater in accordance with the Dharma. The fearlessness of perfect abandonment is: I have abandoned the two obscurations along with their predispositions. Thus, one personally promises to have exhausted all outflows, and there is no debater in accordance with the Dharma. This is for one's own benefit. In terms of benefiting others, it is also well distinguished by showing the antidote to those obstructing dharmas—the path of definite arising. Therefore, for showing obstructing dharmas, the aspect of fearlessness is: For afflictions such as desire, the three vehicles can obstruct the path. Thus, one speaks and instructs one's own Shravakas, and there is no debater in accordance with the Dharma. For showing the path of definite arising, all aspects of fearlessness are: For the three Bodhi paths, such as knowingness and knowing the path, definite arising occurs. Thus, one instructs well, and there is no debater in accordance with the Dharma. This is for the benefit of others. These are fearlessnesses in order to make them unassailable. The third is: The various names of all defiled and purified dharmas, and the self and common characteristics of the dharmas from form to omniscience, and all the various languages of the people of all places, and the nature of dharmas, and the samadhi and wisdom that enter without obstruction into the realm of infinite distinctions of aspects, are, in order, the four such as truly knowing each dharma. The fourth is: The six gathered by conduct, the six gathered by realization, the three gathered by activity, and the first of the three gathered by wisdom are: The emanation of the body, such as the Thus-Gone One walking with a fierce elephant, and the noise for speech, such as making noise and horse sounds in a dense forest, and the loss of mindfulness, such as forgetting and losing what has been done, and missing the opportunity, and not equally abiding in the mind in all activities, and the thought of the difference between samsara and nirvana, and forgetting without separately examining the place and time of whether or not activity can be done in the continuum of those to be tamed.

The six aspects of not possessing the impartiality of a range are the qualities of abandoning all the faults of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, which are the Dharma that makes one superior to Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Arhats. This is because Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas have various faults of the three doors of body, speech, and mind that are the opposite of these. Secondly, never losing the desire to benefit sentient beings at all times; never losing the diligence to go to the place where the beings to be tamed are, in order to benefit sentient beings as long as samsara exists; never forgetting the methods of taming sentient beings, never losing mindfulness; never losing the samadhi of abiding in the suchness of all dharmas; never losing the inexhaustible wisdom of teaching the Dharma according to the thoughts and behaviors of sentient beings; never losing the inexhaustible liberation in benefiting sentient beings as long as samsara exists, these six are the Dharma that surpasses the realization of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, because Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas have not attained these six and possess loss. Thirdly, taming beings to be tamed with the four postures is the activity of the body; speaking words that are in accordance with the Dharma and meaningful is the activity of speech; the activity of the mind, such as love and compassion, is generated by wisdom, with wisdom as the forerunner, running together with wisdom, and following wisdom, these three are the Dharma that makes the activity superior to Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. This is because the actions of their three doors sometimes arise from the cause of the unspecified. Fourthly, knowing all the dharmas of the three times, such as the past, with mere desire, without attachment, and with unobstructed wisdom that knows all aspects, there are three aspects. These are the Dharma that makes wisdom superior to Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, because they do not have the knowledge of all aspects with mere desire. Fifthly, the power over life, such as abandoning life as desired; entering samadhi as desired is the power over mind; making resources available as desired is the power over resources, this is the result of giving. Accomplishing the actions of the three doors of body, speech, and mind as desired is the power over action, for the benefit of sentient beings
