For example, like that. There are also those that arise from three, such as that warmth. There are also those that arise from four, such as that state of being condensed and warm. The characteristic of non-revealing form is that, regardless of whether there is self-motivation or not, at all times, the form that is continuously followed and taught in the scriptures is invisible and unobstructed. As it is said in the Abhidharmakosha: 'Distraction and mindlessness, virtuous and non-virtuous actions, that which follows, caused by the great elements, that is called non-revealing form.' Thus it is said. Non-revealing form is divided into three: vows, non-vows, and other than those two, neither vows nor non-vows. Vows are of three types: meditative absorption, uncontaminated, and individual liberation vows. The first of these is the abandonment by weakening the seeds of transgression by arising in the six contaminated levels of meditative absorption. The second is the abandonment by uprooting the seeds of transgression by generating the six uncontaminated levels of meditative absorption. The third is the abandonment of non-virtuous actions of the three doors for the sake of liberation, which is properly undertaken and arises from expression. Among these, the individual liberation vows are of seven or eight types, which will be explained below. Non-vows are actions that are always engaged in harming others. For those who are engaged in benefiting or harming only one side, it is neither a vow nor a non-vow. When meditating on ugliness, the appearance of skeletons and so on in the mind, and in the practice of samadhi of earth, water, etc., the form of earth, water, etc. appearing freely in the object of experience is called the form of mastery. Those and non-revealing form are called invisible and obstructive form.

The feeling of both is intermediate. In the third dhyana, the feeling of consciousness, tranquility itself is the source of happiness. As it is said in the Treasury of Knowledge: "Whatever bodily sensation is not tranquil, is the source of suffering; tranquility is happiness. In the third dhyana, that of the mind is the source of happiness; otherwise, it is happiness itself." And: "Equanimity is intermediate, because it does not discriminate between the two." If divided from the perspective of the basis, from the feeling arising from the aggregation of the eye faculty to the feeling arising from the aggregation of the mind faculty, there are six. Third, the perception aggregate has two aspects: First, the definition of the perception aggregate is: the nature of completely determining and grasping the valid measure of the terms of objects when the mind faculty, consciousness, and the three are aggregated. Second, in terms of classification, from the perception arising from the aggregation of the eye faculty to the perception arising from the aggregation of the mind faculty, there are six. Fourth, the aggregate of formations has two aspects: First, the definition of the aggregate of formations is: all conditioned phenomena that are formed from the other four aggregates. Second, in terms of classification, there are the common types of formations, associated formations, and non-associated formations. The first is: the forty-nine mental factors excluding feeling and perception. The non-associated formations are: acquisition and so on, fourteen in total. The second has three aspects: the mind, the reason for the fixed number of forty-nine mental factors, a brief explanation from the perspective of categories, and a detailed explanation from the perspective of types. The first is: why are feeling and perception separated as aggregates from the mental factors? Because feeling experiences taste, clings to desire, and disputes; perception is inverted, clings to views, and disputes. Therefore, they become the root of disputes, and feeling clings, and perception is inverted, therefore they become the cause of samsara. The cause of the order of the aggregates, because of coarseness and universal defilement. Vessels and other meanings, realms as they are. As it is said, because it is the coarsest, and the cause of the order of universal defilement, and like food and seasonings, and because they completely separate the two realms, feeling and perception are separated as aggregates from the other mental factors. The second is: what kind of category does it belong to? Defiled and

The five omnipresent mental factors that arise in the immaculate mind, the five object-determining mental factors that only engage with specific objects, the eleven virtuous qualities that have become completely pure in nature, the six afflictions that disturb the mind from many doors, the twenty secondary afflictions that individually disturb the mind, and the four changeable factors that, depending on companions, transform into one of the three: virtuous, non-virtuous, or neutral. Third, the extensive explanation has six parts, the first. Among them, what are the five omnipresent mental factors? They are contact, attention, feeling, recognition, and intention, which are always present in all minds. Because if any one of these five is missing, the mind cannot fully accomplish the function of knowing an object. Among them, contact is the mental factor that completely distinguishes the characteristics of an object's agreeableness or disagreeableness, as the three—object, sense faculty, and consciousness—gather as cause and effect. Attention is the mind's activity, the mental factor that directs the mind to its object. Intention is the mental factor that manifestly engages and moves the mind towards virtuous, non-virtuous, or neutral objects. Feeling and recognition have already been explained. The five object-determining mental factors are: aspiration, conviction, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom, which is the aspect of intelligence. These engage with specific objects, hence they are called object-determining. Among them, aspiration is the mental factor that desires and strives to accomplish the object of thought. This does not engage with non-desirable objects, hence it is object-determining. Conviction is the mental factor that, regarding a meaning previously ascertained through scripture and reasoning, holds it as definitely being "this way and not otherwise." It does not engage with uncertain objects, hence it is object-determining. Mindfulness is the non-forgetting of a meaning previously familiar and experienced, through repeated mental expression. This also does not engage with unfamiliar objects, hence it is object-determining. Concentration is the one-pointedness of mind that, focusing on objects to be examined such as serenity and turbulence, the four truths, etc., directs the mind's continuum to that. Wisdom is, focusing on objects to be examined, all phenomena of self-characteristics and general characteristics.
