If it is not decomposed, it is like a vase; if one uses wisdom to distinguish between form, smell, and other dharmas, then it cannot be understood, like rivers and so on. But in name, the vase exists, the Ganges (Tibetan: གངྒཱ།) exists, and so on, saying this is completely true and will not become false. It is not possible to separate the decomposition and the individual parts, and to make it arise freely with self-grasping wisdom, which exists in the ultimate truth, like dust particles and space, and so on. As it is said in the Treasury of Knowledge: If decomposed or with wisdom, other, separated, then wisdom cannot understand it, like a vase and water, it exists in the conventional truth, and the ultimate truth exists otherwise. Thus it is proclaimed. Secondly, the doctrine of the Sutra School is explained: not taking the treatises as a measure, but following the Sutras, therefore it is called the Sutra School. According to the view of this school, among the five aggregates, the non-associated compositional factors are only the imputed existence of the states of form and mind, and there is no substance in reality. The three unconditioned dharmas are also just names without substance. Space is only the obstruction of tangible form, analytical cessation is only the destruction of the antidote, and non-analytical cessation is only the negation of non-existence because the causes and conditions are not complete and the result is not produced. Therefore, as it is said in the Sutra: Non-associated compositional factors are not material, space is like the barren woman's son, and the two cessations are also like this. Form and other objects of perception are all material objects of the nature of accumulated dust particles. Because it cannot directly appear to consciousness, it is hidden. For self-grasping, it is the destroyer of its own similar appearance, so it is established as an object. As it is said: The consciousness that produces images is not the appearance of the object of the senses. For example, placing cloths dyed with various colors next to a pure crystal, various colors will appear on the crystal, and similarly, consciousness will arise like external objects. The grasper and the grasped are cause and effect with different times before and after. Although it does not actually grasp the appearance itself, it can be said to grasp in the way of producing its own similar appearance. For example, a son is born like his father, so it is said that the son grasps the father's image. As it is said in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: For example, the result from all causes, arises with a similar nature

Therefore. Although it does not have functionality, it is said that the world holds the cause of form. It is like that. The self of a person is not established. The two truths are: In the ultimate sense, whatever has the ability to produce effects is the ultimate truth. Whatever cannot produce effects and exists only in name is the conventional truth. As it is said in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: Whatever is ultimately capable of producing effects, That is ultimately existent here. The other is conventionally existent. Like that. The third is the explanation of the Mind-Only school's tenets: Because of focusing on samadhi, it is the practice of yoga. In the ultimate sense, because only mind is considered to be substantially established, it is the Mind-Only school. According to their system, all knowable things are determined through the three natures of the completely imputed, the other-powered, and the thoroughly established. Among them, the completely imputed is the aspect that is imputed by various conceptualizations of self and phenomena. It exists only in name and has no nature when examined. As it is said in the Thirty Verses: Whatever is imputed, By whatever conceptualization, On whatever object, That is the completely imputed nature, And that does not exist. It is explained like that. Its divisions are: the nominal completely imputed and the completely imputed that is completely cut off from characteristics. The first is the other-powered itself. Because it is the basis for superimposing self and phenomena, it is called the nominal completely imputed, and it is not a characteristic. The second is the nature of persons and phenomena, which are various collections of terms. They are merely imputed by the minds of children, so they are called completely imputed, and they have no nature at all. Although that nature is not established, the non-veridical conceptualization that arises from causes and conditions is called the other-powered. Because it is subject to other causes and conditions, or because it arises as a dualistic appearance due to the power of habit, it is other-powered. It is also said like that. In the Thirty Verses: Whatever is the object of the other-powered, Is conceptualization, arising from conditions. It is like that. Its divisions are the pure other-powered and the impure other-powered. The first is the pure worldly wisdom that is attained by noble ones. It is pure because it has abandoned attachment through the power of meditative equipoise. However, because it arises as a dualistic appearance due to the power of habit, it is called other-powered. The minds and
