The opportunity to obtain is called the condition. Third, the objective condition is all phenomena, because there is nothing that is not an object of mind and mental factors. That is, the six objects from form to dharma are, in order, the objective conditions of the six consciousnesses from eye consciousness to mind consciousness. Fourth, the dominant condition is that the "cause that produces things other than oneself" mentioned earlier is the dominant condition. For example, the sense faculties generate sense consciousness, etc. What is the difference between cause and condition? That which causes the effect to arise with a unique nature is the cause, and that which causes the distinction shared with others is the causal condition. For example, the nature of a sprout is produced by a seed, while the distinctions such as blue and good or bad are produced by water, fertilizer, etc. Third, explaining dependent origination, there are two types: dependent origination of cyclic existence and dependent origination of purification. First, the dependent origination of cyclic existence. Briefly stated, all parts of the cause and effect of samsara are called dependent origination, and if classified, there are twelve links from ignorance to old age and death. Second, the detailed explanation is in five parts, the first of which is the explanation of the cause and effect aspect: In short, all twelve links become the cause that propels, the effect that is propelled, the cause that accomplishes, and the effect that is accomplished. Among them, ignorance, formation, and consciousness are the causes that propel rebirth, because, relying on ignorance, the consciousness of formation is propelled in such a way that it is stained with the habitual tendencies that accomplish rebirth. Craving, grasping, and existence are the causes that accomplish the propelled rebirth, where craving is the attachment to pleasant and painful feelings, and relying on this, the grasping that increases the desire for future aggregates, which is called existence, accomplishes the powerful karmic energy that tends towards the production of rebirth. The four from name and form to feeling are the effects that are propelled, because they are of the nature of fruition. Regarding rebirth

The nature of existence is name and form, because name and form are formed in the womb, therefore rebirth is established. The complete establishment is the six sense sources, because the six sense sources such as the eye are complete, therefore the body is completely complete. Experiencing objects is contact, when object, faculty, and consciousness gather as cause and effect, it is called the faculty experiencing the object. The result of contact is feeling, from the contact that can completely distinguish whether an object is pleasing or not, feelings of pleasure and pain arise. From feelings accompanied by ignorance, craving arises, from craving arises grasping, from grasping arises becoming, these cause the throwing of the six sense sources to another place, which is birth, and these six sense sources themselves changing in other states is aging, and the cessation of continuity is death. Because there is death even without aging, the two are combined into one limb. Therefore, birth and aging and death are the manifest results. Second, the limbs are briefly summarized: if these twelve limbs are briefly summarized, they become three kinds of pervasive afflictions, namely: ignorance, craving, and grasping are the pervasive afflictions of affliction, because the mind is extremely unpeaceful and pervasively torments. Action is karma itself, and becoming is also the power of karma becoming strong, therefore it is called the pervasive affliction of karma. The remaining seven are the suffering that is the result of these karma afflictions, therefore it is called the pervasive affliction of birth. Thus it is said: three afflictions, two karmas, seven grounds, thus the result. Third, determining the nature of each limb: that which becomes the opposite of intelligence and wisdom is ignorance, as it is said: different kinds of contradictory dharmas are ignorance, unfriendly, untrue, and so on are also like that. Similarly, being deluded about suchness is ignorance with afflictions, and being deluded about objects of knowledge is ignorance without afflictions, here the former is taken. Action is merit and non-merit, and immovable karma, etc. Among them, merit is virtuous karma enjoyed in the desire realm, non-merit is sinful karma, and immovable
