པ་སྤྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ཡང་དེ་དག་གི་འབྲས་དེ་ནངས་བཟའ་བྱ་ནངས་ལེན། ནུབ་བཟའ་བྱ་ནུབ་ལེན་པ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་ལེ་ལོ་ཅན་ཞིག་གིས་སོག་འཇོག་བྱས་པ་ན་གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་བྱེད་པས་འབྲས་བརྔས་སོ། །ཆོག་མི་སྐྱེ་བས་འབྲས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་ཞིང་བགོས་ནས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟུང་བས་གཞན་གྱིས་དེ་ལ་མ་བྱིན་པར་ལེན་པ་བྱུང་ནས། དེ་དག་ཚར་བཅད་པའི་ཕྱིར། མི་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཞིག་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གི་ཐོབ་ཤས་དྲུག་ཆ་ཕུལ་ནས་ཞིང་དཔོན་དུ་བསྐོས་པས་ཕལ་པོ་ཆེ་ཀུན་གྱིས་བཀུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མང་པོས་བཀུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དང་པོ་དེ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་འདོད་པ་ལ་འགའ་ཞིག་ཡིད་ཕྱིར་ཕྱོགས་ཏེ། དགོན་པར་འདོང་བ་ལ་བྲམ་ཟེ་ཞེས་གྲགས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྗེའུའི་རིགས་དང་། དམངས་རིགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རིགས་ཐ་དད་པ་དག་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་འགའ་ཞིག་གིས་ལེགས་པར་མ་བསྐོས་པས་རྐུན་པོ་མང་དུ་བྱུང་བས། དེ་དག་ལ་མཚོན་གྱིས་བཏབ་པས་བདག་ཅག་གིས་མ་བརྐུས་སོ་ཞེས་རྫུན་སྨྲ་བ་བྱུང་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་རིམ་གྱིས་མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་རྣམས་ལྷག་པར་སྤྱད་པས་ཚེ་འགྲིབ་པས་ཏེ་མཐར་ཚེ་ཐུང་བ་ལོ་བཅུ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་ཕུང་ཁྲོལ་གྱི་རྩ་བ་ནི་རོ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་དང་ལེ་ལོ་གཉིས་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཚེ་ལོ་བཅུ་པའི་དུས་སུ་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཡང་མཚོན་དང་ནད་དང་མུ་གེའི་བསྐལ་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྐལ་པ་བར་མ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཚེ་ལོ་བཅུ་པའི་དུས་སུ་ཆོས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རྒྱུ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་གནོད་སེམས་ལྷག་པར་བསྐྱེད་དེ། གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་མཐོང་ན་རྔོན་པས་རང་དམིགས་མཐོང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་གང་བླངས་པ་མཚོན་རྣོན་པོར་གྱུར་ནས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་གསོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ཉེས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡམས་ནད་གསོར་མི་རུང་བ་དག་བཏང་བས་ཕལ་ཆེར་འཆི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ། ཉེས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ལྷ་ཡིས་ཆར་མ་ཕབ་པས། གབ་ཚེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དང་། རུས་རྒོང་དཀར་པོ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དང་། ཐུར་མས་འཚོ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་མུ་གེ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་བཀྲེས་པས་ཉེན་ནས་ཕན་ཚུན་འདུས་ཏེ་འཆི་བས། མ་འོངས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོའི་དོན་དུ། ས་བོན་གབ་ཚེའི་ནང་དུ་འཇོག་པ ས་ན། གབ་ཚེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ལུས་སྐམས་ཤིང་ཤི་བ་དེ་དག་མྱུར་དུ་རུས་པ་དཀར་པོར་གྱུར་པས་སམ། བཀྲེས་པས་ཉེན་པ་རྣམས་རུས་གོང་དཀར་པོ་དེ་དག་བསྡུས་ནས་ཆུར་བསྐོལ་

从而行持。而且那些稻米早上该吃的早上取，晚上该吃的晚上取，有个懒惰的众生把稻米储存起来，其他众生也像他那样做，稻米就被收割了。因为不够生长，为了稻米而划分田地并全部占有，以至于出现了别人不给就拿的情况。为了惩罚那些人，将所有田地收成的六分之一献给一个特殊的人，并任命他为田地首领，因此受到大多数人的尊敬，被称为国王，受到许多人的尊敬。他是国王中的第一个。之后，有些人心向于欲望之外，前往森林，被称为婆罗门。同样地，吠舍种姓和首陀罗种姓等不同的种姓也出现了。之后，因为有些国王没有好好治理，盗贼增多，用兵器击打他们，他们就说谎说我们没有偷窃。这样逐渐地，更多地行持不善的十业道，寿命减少，最终寿命缩短到十年。因此，衰败的根本是对享乐的执着和懒惰。在寿命十岁的时候，中间的中劫结束了。也就是通过刀兵劫、疾疫劫和饥馑劫这三种劫难使中间的中劫结束。也就是在寿命十岁的时候，因为非法的缘故，众生们生起极大的害心，一个看到另一个就像猎人看到自己的猎物一样，拿起任何东西都变成锋利的武器，互相残杀。又在那个时候，因为同样的罪过，非人散布无法治愈的瘟疫，导致大多数人死亡。又在那个时候，因为同样的罪过，天神不下雨，将会出现名为“隐藏生命”的饥荒，名为“白骨堆”的饥荒，以及名为“用勺子维持生命”的饥荒。那时，人们因饥饿所迫而聚集在一起死亡。为了未来众生的缘故，将种子藏在隐藏的生命中，所以叫做“隐藏生命”。身体干枯而死的人们迅速变成白骨，或者因饥饿所迫的人们收集那些白骨堆煮在水中

Thus they acted. Moreover, those rice grains were taken in the morning to be eaten in the morning, and taken in the evening to be eaten in the evening. Because it was not enough to grow, they divided the fields for the sake of rice and occupied them all, so that there was a situation where they took what others did not give. He was the first of the kings. Then, some turned their minds away from desire and went to the forests, and were called Brahmins. Similarly, different castes such as the Vaishya caste and the Shudra caste also arose. Then, because some kings did not govern well, thieves increased, and when they were struck with weapons, they lied, saying, "We did not steal." Thus, gradually, they practiced the paths of the ten non-virtuous actions more and more, and their lifespan decreased, eventually shortening to ten years. Therefore, the root of ruin is attachment to pleasure and laziness. At the time when the lifespan is ten years, the intermediate kalpa comes to an end. That is, the intermediate kalpa is brought to an end by the three kalpas of weapons, disease, and famine. That is, at the time when the lifespan is ten years, because of non-dharma, beings generate great harmful intent. When one sees another, it is like a hunter seeing his prey, and whatever they pick up becomes a sharp weapon, and they kill each other. Also at that time, because of the same fault, non-humans spread incurable plagues, causing most people to die. Also at that time, because of the same fault, the gods do not send rain, and there will be famines called "hidden life," famines called "white bone heaps," and famines called "living by spoons." At that time, people, distressed by hunger, gather together and die. For the sake of future beings, they hide the seeds in the hidden life, so it is called "hidden life." Those whose bodies are withered and dead quickly turn into white bones, or those who are distressed by hunger collect those white bone heaps and boil them in water.
