的身体和心，必定是金刚的自性，否则就非常可怕。其理由是这样的：地狱的景象，无论是看到、听到，还是忆念、阅读、描绘，都会产生恐惧。那么，亲身感受那难以忍受的异熟果报，还用多说吗？如是说，见到地狱的图画，回忆起过去的经历，听到别人的描述，阅读或诵读，以及用泥土等塑造地狱的景象，都会产生恐惧。那么，亲身感受那极其难以忍受的异熟果报，还用多说吗？如果问：所有的地狱痛苦都一样吗？不是的，越往上的地狱，痛苦越小，越往下的地狱，痛苦越大，所有地狱中，无间地狱的痛苦最大。因为这样教导。一切安乐之中，灭尽贪欲的安乐之主如何？同样，一切痛苦之中，无间地狱的痛苦最为难忍。如是说，一切安乐之中，三界的贪欲完全灭尽，获得解脱的安乐是无上的。如同安乐之主是至高无上一样，不善业的果报，一切痛苦之中，无间地狱的痛苦是无法穷尽且最为巨大的。如果问：地狱的痛苦有多么巨大呢？为了说明没有其他可以与之相比的例子，这样说道：在此人间，一天之内被三百支短矛猛烈刺击所感受的痛苦，与地狱的痛苦相比，即使是微不足道的一部分，也无法忍受，更不用说像雨点般连续不断地刺击了。如是说。在人间，一天之内被三百支短矛猛烈刺击所感受的痛苦，与地狱的痛苦相比，即使是微不足道的一部分也无法忍受，更不用说成百上千次像雨点般连续不断的刺击了。那么，这样的痛苦需要经历多久呢？各自的寿命是，《俱舍论》中说：等活等地狱六种，依次与欲界天人的寿命和日夜相等。因此，这些地狱众生的寿命，与欲界天人的寿命相等。以及，极热地狱和半个无间地狱，是一个中劫的时间。

The body and mind are definitely of the nature of Vajra. Otherwise, it would be extremely terrifying. The reason for this is as follows: Seeing, hearing, remembering, reading, and depicting hellish scenes all generate fear. So, what need is there to mention experiencing the unbearable ripening of karma? As it is said, seeing pictures of hell, remembering past experiences, hearing descriptions from others, reading or reciting, and depicting hellish scenes with clay, etc., all generate fear. So, what need is there to mention directly experiencing the extremely unbearable ripening of karma? If you ask, are all hellish sufferings the same? No, they are not. The higher hells have less suffering, and the lower hells have more suffering. Among all hells, the suffering of Avici (无间地狱) is the greatest. Because it is taught this way. Among all pleasures, how is the lord of bliss who has exhausted craving? Similarly, among all sufferings, the suffering of Avici hell is the most unbearable. As it is said, among all pleasures, the bliss of liberation, where all craving for the three realms is exhausted, is unsurpassed. Just as the lord of bliss is supreme, among all sufferings, the result of non-virtue, the suffering of Avici is inexhaustible and the greatest. If you ask, how great is the suffering of hell? To illustrate that there is no other comparable example, it is said: In this human realm, the suffering of being fiercely stabbed by three hundred short spears in one day cannot be endured even as a small fraction of the suffering of hell, let alone a continuous rain of stabs. As it is said. Therefore, the lifespan of these hell beings is equal to the lifespan of the desire realm gods. And, the Extremely Hot Hell and half of Avici, is for an intermediate kalpa.
