作祈祷和赞颂等后，发起广大如《普贤行愿品》等的愿望。之后，努力成办以空性为本质、以慈悲为核心的布施等福德和智慧的资粮。如此行持，此禅定即是具足一切殊胜之空性的现证。如《宝顶经》所说：“彼披上慈爱的盔甲，安住于大悲的处所，以现证具足一切殊胜之空性而作禅定。”何为具足一切殊胜之空性？即不离布施，不离戒律，不离安忍，不离精进，不离禅定，不离智慧，不离方便。等等广说。同样，《经庄严论》中说：“佛子大行如何如何行，诸根行境种种皆涉入，于彼于彼以理合妙语，为利有情彼即勤现证。”如《行境清净经》中所说，身语的一切行为无论涉入何处，都应随之发起利益一切有情的广大愿望。欲如理修学佛陀教法者，若能修习如上所说之法，则能成办随顺于法的正法，并进入令诸佛欢喜之道。以此造善之功德，愿无边众生，皆以共同道成熟自相续，再以大乘道调伏自他相续，从而圆满二资粮，成就二利之圆满，速疾获得佛陀之果位。此为初学者修习二菩提心之略义窍诀，乃应弟子们之请求，由比丘青年慧所著。愿此利益众多有情！愿吉祥！此版本虽有两个母本，但因清晰的母本中缺少约二十页，故其余部分依据字迹极差的母本尽可能地进行了整理，望阅者仍需参考母本。

After making prayers and praises, etc., make vast aspirations such as the "Samantabhadra's Conduct and Vows." Then, strive to accomplish all the accumulations of merit and wisdom, such as generosity, which has emptiness as its essence and compassion as its core. By doing so, this meditation is the direct realization of emptiness that possesses all perfections. As it is said in the "Precious Crown Sutra": "He puts on the armor of loving-kindness and abides in the place of great compassion. He meditates by directly realizing the emptiness that possesses all perfections." What is the emptiness that possesses all perfections? It is that which is inseparable from generosity, inseparable from ethics, inseparable from patience, inseparable from diligence, inseparable from meditation, inseparable from wisdom, and inseparable from skillful means. And so on, it is extensively taught. Similarly, in the "Ornament of the Sutras," it says: "How do the great deeds of the Buddha's children proceed? They enter into various realms of the senses. In each and every one of them, with reasonable and harmonious words, for the benefit of sentient beings, they diligently manifest realization." As it is said in the "Sutra of Complete Purification of Conduct," wherever the actions of body and speech enter, one should accordingly make vast aspirations to benefit all sentient beings. Those who wish to properly study the Buddha's teachings, if they cultivate the Dharma as described above, will accomplish the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma and enter the path that pleases all the Buddhas. By the merit of this composition, may all limitless beings mature their own minds with the common path, then tame their own and others' minds with the Mahayana path, thereby perfecting the two accumulations, accomplishing the perfection of the two benefits, and quickly attain the state of Buddhahood. This is a concise instruction on the essential meaning of cultivating the two Bodhicittas for beginners, written by the young monk Blo-drö (Intelligence) at the request of his disciples. May this benefit many sentient beings! May it be auspicious! Although there are two original texts for this edition, because the clearer original text is missing about twenty pages, the remaining parts have been arranged as much as possible according to an original text with very poor handwriting, so viewers should still refer to the original text.
