Therefore, one can easily enter the meaning of reality. Moreover, the word "also" does not negate conventional truth. Therefore, the establishment of that chariot should be regarded as the establishment of nominal designation without investigation. Here it is said: Although the yogi does not observe the chariot, he does observe the collection of its parts, which exists. If someone says: Someone burns a cloth and looks for silk in the ashes, you are ridiculous! Like this: If the chariot does not exist, then the possessor of parts does not exist; because there is no possessor of parts, its parts do not exist either. When the chariot does not exist, the possessor of parts does not exist, therefore the parts that depend on it do not exist either. If the chariot is broken, can't we observe the wheels, etc.? If there is no possessor of parts, there are no parts, why do you say that? It is not like that. Only someone who has seen the chariot before will recognize that these are parts of the chariot when he sees the wheels, etc., existing separately. Others will not know that these are related to the chariot. Therefore, without the chariot, the parts of the chariot do not exist. The meaning is clarified by an example: The fire of wisdom burns the possessor of parts, and the parts are like the parts of a burnt chariot, non-existent. For example, when a chariot is burned, its parts will inevitably be burned as well. The fire of wisdom arising from the friction of discrimination burns the body of the chariot, the possessor of parts, and when it cannot be observed, the parts also do not exist and cannot be observed, because they are certainly burned. Secondly, the meaning expressed by the example is: it expresses both the actual meaning of the present situation and other similar things.

Of the two, the first is: Likewise, relying on the aggregates known in the world, and similarly relying on the six sense bases, I am also considered the taker. Just as relying on spokes and so on, it is called a chariot, and the spokes and so on are the taken, and the chariot is the taker. In order to establish the conventional truth known in the world, relying on the five aggregates, the six internal elements, and the six sense bases, I am attached to as self, therefore, those aggregates and so on are the takers of myself, and I am also considered the taker of them. Similarly, the taken is the action, this is also the doer. Just as the distinction between the taken and the taker is established in worldly terms, so the taken, such as form, are actions, and I am the doer, which is also established in name. Because I accumulate virtuous or non-virtuous actions, it is established in name that I take the aggregates of good or bad destinies. Thus, if that self is considered to be established dependently, then it is not the basis for being considered permanent or impermanent, etc., because here it is not real, therefore it is not permanent, nor is it non-permanent, therefore it is not birth and death. For this, permanence and so on do not exist, and it is neither one nor different from that. I am merely established dependently, because it is not inherently real, so it is not the permanence that occurred in previous past lives, as stated in the treatise: It is said to have arisen in the past, this statement is unreasonable. What arose in previous lives, that is not the same as this. If you think that is me, then the taken will become different. Apart from the taken, what is your self? It is also not the impermanence that arises from what was not born before, as stated in the treatise: It is not born from what was not born, there will be faults in this. I will become made, or arising will also become without cause. As it is said. It is also not birth and death, as it is said: The taken is not me, that is birth and death. How does the taken become the taker?
