If someone asks, doesn't (the Buddha) engage in activities such as turning the wheel of Dharma? It is not so. The Tathagata's turning of the wheel of Dharma does not depend on the activity of the mind with conceptual or non-conceptual thoughts as a prerequisite. Rather, it arises effortlessly due to the power of past aspirations and the merit of those to be tamed. For example, the sound of Dharma arises naturally from the heavenly drum. In some pure lands, the Tathagata, through the power of past aspirations, also emits the sound of Dharma such as emptiness (śūnyatā), signlessness (animitta), and wishlessness (apraṇihita) from inanimate objects such as plants and forests. This aspect will be explained in detail below, so I will not elaborate further. Now, wanting to explain the ultimate truth, but the ultimate truth cannot be spoken of, nor is it an object of consciousness, so it cannot be directly revealed. In order to make it clear to the listeners through their own experience, it is explained by way of analogy: "Due to the power of cataracts, hair and so on, How does one distinguish the distorted appearance? Where the eye is clear, one sees its nature, Know this principle in this way." A person with cataracts, due to the effect of the cataracts, distinguishes the distorted appearance of hair and so on in a vessel such as coral held in his hand, and wants to remove it, so he shakes the vessel, laboriously trying to remove it. A person without cataracts thinks, what is he doing? So he goes to him and directs his eyes to the place of the hair, but does not see the hair, nor does he distinguish any characteristics such as its basis or non-existence in the place of the hair. Furthermore, a person without cataracts, wanting to remove the conceptual thought of the person with cataracts who is attached to the appearance of hair, goes to him and denies that there is hair, but the speaker does not have the fault of slander. The self-nature or essence of hair and so on can only be seen in a vessel such as coral through clear eyes, and not through the eyes of a person with cataracts. Similarly, when analyzing the self-nature of the two truths, ordinary people who are obscured by the cataracts of ignorance, towards the aggregates, elements, and

The nature of manifested birthplaces is the conventional truth. Buddhas, the Bhagavat, free from the darkness of ignorance, with pure eyes, like not seeing a comb combing hair, whatever is not focused on aggregates etc., that should be known as the ultimate truth. If such a nature is not seeing, how do you say that it is seen by the Buddhas? It is true. However, it is said that they see it in a way that they do not see anything. As it is said in the "Entering the Two Truths of the Noble Ones": "Son of the gods, if in the ultimate sense, the ultimate truth becomes the nature of the objects of body, speech, and mind, then it will not be counted as the ultimate truth, but will become the conventional truth. However, son of the gods, in the ultimate sense, the ultimate truth is beyond all expressions, without distinction, unborn, unceasing, unspeakable, separate from speaking, unknowable, and separate from knowing. Son of the gods, the ultimate truth is endowed with all kinds of excellence, it transcends the realm of the wisdom of omniscience. How can it be the ultimate truth? Isn't it as it is said? All dharmas are false, they are deceptive dharmas. Son of the gods, the ultimate truth cannot be shown. Why is that? Because, whoever shows, what is shown, and the dharma to whom it is shown, all of those are extremely unproduced in the ultimate sense. Extremely unproduced dharmas cannot explain extremely unproduced dharmas." That's what was said. Having said that incidentally, in order to show that it is not harmed by the world, also, it shows that other births are established in the world and do not harm, and, it shows that other births are not established in the world either, and, it shows the merit of dependent arising being established without permanence or annihilation. First, saying it is too much is: "If the world is a valid cognition, then, the world itself sees it, what do other noble ones need? What can the path of the noble ones do? A fool is not a reason to be a valid cognition either." If the world is a valid cognition when examining such reality, the worldly person himself sees that, that
