Moreover, if it is not established by valid cognition, how can one go from complete ignorance to knowledge? This is contradictory. If there is no knower, how can you show others, "It is like this"? When the elaborations of arising and ceasing are pacified, that is the suchness of all phenomena. At that time, wisdom will not enter into it in any way. If it is said that the term "knowing the object" is used when knowledge arises in the form of an object, then when the mind enters into suchness, which is free from all elaborations, in what form will it appear? Therefore, since there is no form, the mind cannot enter. Since the mind does not enter, it is not reasonable to say that a definite understanding of the object of suchness arises. If it is said that complete ignorance is complete knowledge of suchness, how can that be? It is contradictory. Furthermore, at the stage of manifest enlightenment, if the activities of mind and mental factors are pacified, since there is no knower, who can show others, "I have realized the suchness with such characteristics"? That is not reasonable. There are two answers to this question. First, refuting the unreasonableness of realizing the unborn: When it is the nature of the unborn, and the mind is also free from arising and ceasing, At that time, relying on them, it is said that it realizes that nature. Just as the mind appears as the form of any object, It can fully know it, and the establishment of names relies on proximity. Just as the mind appears as the form of objects such as blue, the Sautrāntikas say that the mind can fully know objects such as blue. Similarly, when suchness is of the nature of unborn, and the mind of the yogi who has an object also transforms into the nature of being free from arising and ceasing, since the mind follows the form of the object unborn, the mind of the yogi realizes the suchness of the object unborn. This is established based on conventional truth. In reality, when a yogi realizes suchness, it is not that someone realizes someone, because both the knower and the known are unborn. If there is conceptual thought at that time, or
