There is no third thing different from those that have become non-inverted, and when there is no non-inverted, what is relied upon to become inverted? Therefore, by this reasoning, there is also no inversion. Because there is no inversion, there is no ignorance. If, even without inversion, the clinging to permanence, etc., exists, and if it exists, then by what does one cling, what does one make permanent, etc., and the clinger, whether it is 'I' or 'mind,' must also have an agent and an object, i.e., the action of form, etc., so that everything is established? This is also unreasonable. By what does one cling, and what does one cling to? The clinger and what is clung to, all are completely pacified, therefore there is no clinging. If the action of permanence, etc., by which one clings does not exist, then, if one says, 'Impermanence is permanent,' clinging in this way is inverted, as has been shown. How does the clinger not exist? 'The existence and non-existence of self are not established in any way,' as has been shown. That which is to be clung to also does not exist, 'Form, sound, taste, touch, and, smell and dharmas are merely,' as has been shown. Therefore, the action by which one clings, and what is the nature of clinging, and the agent of the clinger, and what is to be clung to, together with the action, all are pacified because they are unborn by nature, that is, nirvana. Because the agent, action, and deed are not established, therefore there is no clinging. Secondly, inversion does exist, because there is one who possesses inversion. If you say so, then, in inversion or correctness, there is no clinging. In what is there inversion, and in what is there no inversion? Here, because there is no action, agent, and deed, we have already said that clinging does not exist in any way. Therefore, when there is no clinging to inversion or non-inversion as truth, on what basis is there inversion, and on what is there no non-inversion? Therefore, there is no inversion. Furthermore, if one thinks that this inversion exists somewhere, then, consider whether it is something that has become inverted, or something that has not become inverted, or something that is becoming inverted.

On the inverted, the inverted does not exist. On the non-inverted, the inverted does not exist. On the being-inverted, the inverted does not exist. Where does the inverted exist? One should discern well oneself. Among these, slightly on the already inverted, the inverted does not exist, because the already inverted is the one who has already finished inverting, and there is no need to connect with the inverted again. On the non-inverted, the inverted also does not exist, because if the Buddhas who are free from the sleep of ignorance and whose eyes of wisdom are opened also have the inverted, it would be unreasonable. On the being-inverted, the inverted also does not exist, because there is nothing called being-inverted except for the already inverted and the non-inverted. Thus, since the inverted does not exist on any of the already inverted, the non-inverted, and the being-inverted, then where does the inverted exist now? One should discern well oneself with an impartial mind. Furthermore: If the inverted have not arisen, how can they exist? If the inverted have not arisen, where are the inverted ones? Why do the inverted not arise? Things do not arise from themselves, nor do they arise from others, nor do they arise from both self and others, so where are the inverted ones? It has already been said before that things do not arise from themselves, etc. Therefore, since there is no inverted, how can there be inverted ones? Therefore, the inverted exists, because the one with the inverted exists, it is unreasonable to say so. Thirdly, if one slightly admits that one of the four inverted exists, it cannot be established as inverted, just like this: If self and purity and, permanence and happiness exist, then self and purity and permanence and happiness are not inverted. If one establishes self and purity and permanence and happiness as inverted, then do they exist or not? If they exist, then self and so on are not inverted, because they exist. Just like non-self and so on. If self and purity and, permanence and happiness do not exist, then
