Because it exists, because there is the Dharma of non-wastage, and because there is no fault of conforming to the seed lineage, the appearance of the five realms of cyclic existence, divided by various boundaries of beings, species, birthplaces, and elements, is also established. Karma does not exist by its own nature, so it is not permanent either. Because there is non-wastage, the Dharma called non-wastage of karmas is taught by the Buddha, the Bhagavan, who has awakened from the sleep of ignorance, having abandoned all of it. Therefore, if until the time of ripening. If it exists, karma becomes permanent. Such faults do not occur on our side. What we say is only reasonable permanence, they say. Second, to refute that, it is shown that karma is without inherent existence. For that which is without inherent existence, showing the possibility of action and agent with examples, divided into two. First, there are four refutations: the entity of karma, the cause, the result, and the enjoyer of the ripening. The first is: Karma itself is also unreasonable, but you argue about the cause of its ripening, just like being very frustrated because you are worried about the walls of the city of Gandharvas collapsing, and being very tired from the labor of protecting it, which is something to be laughed at by the wise. If karma arises by its own nature, then if it exists until the ripening, it will become permanent, and if it is destroyed, it will become annihilation. Because karma does not arise. Therefore, it is without inherent existence. Because karma does not arise by its own nature. Therefore, it is without inherent existence and empty of inherent existence. When it is empty of inherent existence and does not arise, from where will the investigation of whether karma is permanent or annihilated arise? If karma does not arise because it is empty of inherent existence. The Bhagavan said: Or this means that until the path beyond the world is not attained, contemplating the non-wastage of the ripening of the good or non-good deeds done and accumulated. The deeds of embodied beings. For hundreds of kalpas, they are not wasted. When the time of gathering arrives. At that time, it will ripen into fruit. What does this mean? Because that is unborn. Therefore, it will not be wasted. If the nature of karma existed before.

If it doesn't exist, it would become wasteful, because that karma is not born of its own nature, so it is considered a waste with the nature of non-existence, it is okay to think like that. Therefore, that way will not harm me. Karma has no self-nature, it should be understood without a doubt. Otherwise, if karma has self-nature, it will undoubtedly become permanent, karma will not be fabricated, because permanence has no function. If karma has self-nature, then karma will undoubtedly become permanent, because self-nature does not change. In that case, karma will not be fabricated, because permanence has no function, permanence exists, and existing things have no causal function. If karma is not fabricated, then there will be the fear of encountering the uncreated, and abiding in Brahmacharya will also become a fault in that aspect. If that karma is not fabricated, then at that time, whoever kills and so on is not fabricated, that karma exists even if it is not fabricated, so there will also be the fear of encountering the uncreated. Anyone who abides in Brahmacharya will also become a fault in that aspect, because those who abide in Brahmacharya and are completely pure, even if they do not fabricate non-Brahmacharya, it exists. Therefore, no one will be liberated from suffering. In addition, all the terms will undoubtedly contradict themselves, and the distinction between doing good and doing evil is also unreasonable. All those who plow fields and do business, etc., who strive for fruits, will become meaningless because they exist without being fabricated. Making pots, taking felt, etc., all worldly terms will undoubtedly contradict each other, because all things such as pots exist without being fabricated. This is doing good, this is doing evil, the distinction is also unreasonable, because both doing good and doing evil, even if they are not fabricated, good and evil exist. In addition, that which has matured, if it has self-nature, will mature again and again, because karma exists, because of that reason, that karma
