How could it be valid? If some things had inherent existence, these views would be possible. Since all things are empty, what is finite, what is infinite? What is finite and infinite? What is neither finite nor infinite? What is the same, what is different? What is permanent, what is impermanent? What is both permanent and impermanent? What is neither? When all things are empty of inherent existence, and there is no difference between samsara and nirvana, from "What is finite?" to "What is neither?" what can be examined? These fourteen unexplainable objects should not be examined in relation to the emptiness of inherent existence, because there is no basis for distinction, and therefore no distinguishing qualities to examine. Therefore, whoever fabricates inherent existence of things, generates these views and clings to them, this obstructs the path to the city of nirvana and binds one to the suffering of samsara, it should be known. Sixth, refuting the argument against the negation of nirvana: If you thus negate nirvana, then wouldn't it be meaningless that the Bhagavan, driven by great compassion, taught the Dharma that accords with the antidotes to various actions, in order to enable the world to attain nirvana? All objects of focus are completely pacified, Proliferation is pacified, it is peace, The Buddhas in any place, Have not taught any Dharma to anyone. If there were such a thing as Dharma, or a sentient being who hears this Dharma, or a speaker, then it would be so. When the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, like the king of swans in the sky, abide by the wind of their flapping wings, like the wind abiding in the sky because the sky itself is nothing. Nirvana is the pacification of proliferation because words cannot enter, it is peace because the mind cannot enter, or the pacification of proliferation because afflictions cannot enter, it abides in the nature of peace because it does not arise, at that time all the signs of objects of focus are pacified, and because there is no object of focus, the Buddhas in any place, whether in the realm of gods or humans, have not taught any defilement and purification of

It should be known that nothing has been indicated. As it is said in the "Secret Sutra of the Blessed One": "Shantimati (Peaceful Wisdom), on the night when the Tathagata attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and on the night when he passed into nirvana without remainder, in between, the Tathagata did not utter a single syllable, nor will he utter." How then did these extremely diverse terms of the scriptures arise? The statement that "The Blessed One has shown us these dharmas" is merely the other-appearance of those to be tamed, fabricated by the conceptualizations of beings who are in the sleep of ignorance and dreaming dreams. In the view of the Tathagata, no dharma has been shown to anyone. As it is said: "The Tathagata's stainless, like an image of virtuous dharma, here there is no suchness, nor is there a Tathagata, all the worlds see the image." Therefore, if there is an indication of dharma, how can there be nirvana? Therefore, nirvana also does not exist, this is established. The Blessed One also said: "There is no nirvana called nirvana, the protector of the world thus taught, the loosening of a knot in the sky, is loosened by the sky itself." This is the commentary on the chapter on the examination of nirvana from the Root Wisdom of the Middle Way, that is, the commentary on the twenty-fifth chapter. Explanation of the Twenty-Sixth Chapter Fourth, explaining the special basis of the unborn, the nature of dependent origination. Among the ways in which the limbs of dependent origination enter and the ways in which the limbs of dependent origination cease, the first is: Here, "Whatever is dependently originated, that is said to be emptiness." So, what is the dependent origination that is said to be emptiness? Or, "Whoever sees dependent origination, sees suffering, and the arising and the cessation, and the path itself, they see all of those." So, what is the dependent origination by seeing which it is said that one sees the truth? Dependent origination is of two types: outer and inner.
