Drinking blessed food and mixed wine, etc., and offering them. Through the union of Vajra Dakini White-clad Mother, etc., the characteristics of the place are used to increase malice, and killing is done through actions such as bloodletting. This is the vow of Vajra Dakini. Thus, from Brahma, etc., the ultimate vows of Vajra Dakini have been proclaimed. These vows must be practiced as they are. These Brahmas, etc., like the vessel world, arise naturally from their own nature, from beginningless time, possessing great magical powers, benefiting and punishing sentient beings, and manifesting with various garments and ornaments. Therefore, their vows are beneficial for all accomplishments, and practitioners should enjoy them in order to attain them. Furthermore, whatever external opponents, existing with differences of characteristics, should not be despised here, because they are manifestations of Vajrasattva. Thus it is said. Briefly summarizing the text: all of the three realms are sentient beings such as Brahma, etc. Their Vajra vow is the command of Vajradhara, which must be practiced without transgression, and the samadhi that follows it is called this. The means of purifying the path of action is: the accomplishment of the body is the actions of the body. The yogi who abides in the completion stage, the three actions of the body, such as killing, taking what is not given, and sexual misconduct, should know that they arise from the Vajra, that is, they arise from luminosity and dissolve into it. In all actions, without regard for Dharma and non-Dharma, without acceptance or rejection, one should practice all actions from the state of emptiness. By acting in this way, virtuous and non-virtuous actions are purified and eliminated, and therefore the results of good and bad destinies will not arise. The realm of sentient beings, that is, the beings of the three realms, will accomplish the Buddha body, that is, accomplish the indestructible Vajra body and be able to increase it. Similarly, the accomplishment of speech is the actions of speech, that is, lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter.

Possessing the characteristic of speech, all paths of speech actions, the three realms without impurity are the Great Vajradhara. Its mandala is luminosity, and one should practice the path of speech that is completely purified by luminosity. What will that become? One will attain the accomplishment of speech, that is, the delightful and pleasing Lord of Speech. This is an extremely difficult vow to transgress. The accomplishment of the Vajra Vow of Mind is all the actions of the mind, that is, the characteristics of greed, malice, and wrong views, with the Vajra nature of mind, all with the mind of Vajra steadfastness, with the wisdom that focuses on luminosity, contemplating and meditating on each separately. The concise summary of the teachings is that with the three indestructible Vajras, that is, those who abide in the Samadhi of the Completion Stage, these three vows are the ones just spoken of, not others. The Bhagavan Samantabhadra Vajrasattva declared thus. There are two ways of prostration. The way of prostration in the Generation Stage is that the Vajra of all mantras is those who are supremely devoted to mantras, and their vows are extracted from this very body, etc., which appear from below. Those who abide in the Generation Stage, even to other Buddhas, etc., due to the need to abandon worldly disbelief, etc., there is no fault in prostrating with either body or speech, or both. By uniting body, speech, and mind, that is, with respectful mind, if one prostrates with both body and speech, one will lose the untamed, that is, the desired accomplishment, because one falls from the pride of being oneself a Heruka and generates an inferior concept. The prostration of the Completion Stage is that the Tathagata, that is, the Samaya of meditation on the bodies, etc., of all sentient beings, is the aspect of focusing on the wisdom body as an illusion, extracted from one's own body, etc. One should meditate on meditation, it is said directly. Who should meditate? The one who recites mantras, that is, the yogi who delights in Vajra recitation and is supremely devoted inwardly. Where should one meditate? Everywhere, that is, in the mandala of the bodies, etc., of all sentient beings. How should one meditate? Vajrasattva, that is, contemplate the Great Vajradhara.

Therefore, by combining the three vajras, one contemplates the wisdom body of the indivisible nature of the three vajras as illusory. If one is a practitioner of the Completion Stage, how should one prostrate? The accomplishment vajra of all mantras is the abiding in the stage of union, which arises from the bodies of their vows and precepts, etc. It is called supreme, meaning extremely special and surpassing. To whom does one prostrate? To the three vajras, i.e., the bodies of the Tathagatas, etc., one prostrates out of necessity. By whom is the prostration done? By the yogi who abides in the Completion Stage. In what manner does one prostrate? In short, one unifies the realms of sentient beings, both complete and incomplete, into one, and prostrates in the manner of encouraging and practicing with the samadhi vajra that contemplates the wisdom body as illusory. The meaning is: the practitioner of the Completion Stage does not prostrate to anything else, and if one prostrates out of necessity, one contemplates all sentient beings as the great Vajradhara, as an illusory body, and prostrates. That is (its meaning). The prostration of the Completion Stage is called the vajra, i.e., the conduct that arises and generates the great Vajradhara of the Completion Yoga. In order to realize Suchness, there are two methods, among which the practitioner of the Generation Stage cultivates objects and sense faculties with skillful means and wisdom. In order to show the precepts to those who enter the four yogas (approach, etc.) during practice, i.e., "thereafter," etc. Approach, etc., have already been explained. Vajra excrement, i.e., the five sense faculties such as the eye, and the five objects such as form, with the nature of skillful means and wisdom, one contemplates filling the entire expanse of space, and in the three times one offers and serves the vajra, i.e., the three bodies. Among these, one contemplates the five objects such as form as the five Tathagatas, offering enjoyment to the Sambhogakaya, and one contemplates the four such as Locana and the Dharmadhatu Vajradhatvishvari as five, offering to the Dharmakaya, and one contemplates the five such as Rupa Vajri, offering to the Nirmanakaya. This is the explanation of the former lamas. The practitioner of the Completion Stage contemplates the united body from the clear light, i.e., "thereafter," etc. All vajras are the common body, speech, and mind, i.e., not
