Pa'o. Therefore, it is Vajra because it is united without difference with the sixth. To stimulate it greatly is to expand; to gather it is to make it one like water and milk. This shows the transformation of union into the Nirmanakaya of Akshobhya. To establish the mandala of the body on that Nirmanakaya is the Vajra Mandala, that is, by meditating on the Vajra Mandala of the Nirmanakaya of Akshobhya, all those with wheels, that is, the deities of the mandala, should be made to reside in the crown of the head and the secret places, etc., as they are situated, that is, they should be established. The empowerment by absorption and its benefits are: After meditating on the common body mandala in this way, what should be done? That is, by this ritual of meditating on the heart mandala that has just been explained, the wise should examine the offerings with the characteristics of absorption together with their own mudra, and should practice them. What should be done with this? It is shown that the disciple is empowered, that is, by practicing one's own conduct, one can obtain one's own position, and by touching, one is the Acharya, that is, the great Vajradhara. Meditating on him in the lotus of the heart as he is situated, one should begin the mind empowerment. How is it done? By all the Buddhas, that is, those who are truly situated as the same as the heart mandala, visualizing that they fill the entire space, that is, empowering the disciple with them in one voice. With what object should the empowerment be done? With the three places of empowerment of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas such as Vairochana of the body mandala, that is, the nature of the three seed syllables, life and diligence, melting from the fire of great desire, the bindu of Bodhicitta should be poured on the head of the disciple as in the ritual, that is, the empowerment should be done. This speaks of the secret empowerment of those with inferior faculties, saying that the inner empowerment is real, the Lamas think so. Previously, in the eighth chapter, the common secret empowerment ritual of both the generation and completion stages was shown, and here I think it shows the uncommon secret empowerment ritual of the completion stage. Empowerment.

The benefit of empowerment is that when a disciple is empowered by this empowerment ritual, they will attain the non-abiding nirvana of bodhi, which desires to benefit all sentient beings and is capable of holding them. This is the perfection of benefiting others. In this life, they will attain the wondrous and extraordinary accomplishment of the nature of the qualities of the Buddha, such as the ten powers and fearlessness. They will attain the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind, which is the perfection of benefiting oneself. Vairochana and so forth, and Kshitigarbha and so forth, are all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The person who realizes through meditation where these are equal and one as they are, and who generates that for the purpose of empowerment, is the indivisible meditation mandala. This is what is meant. There are two applications for subduing the wicked. The application of drawing blood is from "Then" and so forth. All the Tathagatas are those who possess wicked minds. The vajra application of these is the method of subduing. This is the secret of body, speech, and mind. These are the three syllables that generate the three, body and so forth. These are extracted from one's own body and so forth. What are they? They are Hūṃ(吽,hūṃ,Seed Syllable), Hrīḥ(舍,hrīḥ,Seed Syllable), and Khaṃ(空,khaṃ,Seed Syllable). Furthermore, if one is capable of recitation and desires to draw the blood of another, one should view the mandala of one's own body as being of the nature of flesh, bones, blood, veins, tendons, and so forth. One should think that these are placed in the center of the sphere of space, that is, in luminosity. Then, one should generate and meditate on Vajrasattva, the powerful vajra dakini who subdues others, from the essence of body, speech, and mind, that is, the seed syllables Hūṃ(吽,hūṃ,Seed Syllable), Hrīḥ(舍,hrīḥ,Seed Syllable), and Khaṃ(空,khaṃ,Seed Syllable), saying "completely transformed." How so? By striving to eat the flesh and blood of the wicked, one should meditate on a wrathful, fierce, and unpleasant being, the color of a blue lotus, with four arms, according to the ritual of weapons that will be described below. In the first right hand, a trident. In the second, a vajra. In the first left hand, a skull cup. In the second, a single-pointed vajra. What should one do by meditating in this way? The supreme action is that one's own tongue arises from a five-pointed vajra, five points.
