From the conduct of the yogi himself, it arises from the body and so on. If a yogi abiding in the completion stage wishes to contemplate himself as the supreme enlightenment, that is, the nature of the great Vajradhara, then there is no need to bind hand seals, that is, there is no need to cling to external deities different from oneself. If one's own self is Vajrasattva, why seek other deities? Thus it is said. The secret mantras that accomplish all meanings are all mantras. The vow of the yogis who gather such secrets, that they do not bind hand seals, is something that all victors, that is, all Tathagatas, cannot transgress. The vows of body, speech, and mind are clearly shown as follows: The vows to be practiced by those who have realized the Buddha, that is, the body as belonging to the Vajra family, are: one should not denigrate feces and the like, nor should one praise excretion. Therefore, one should, according to the ritual, eat and intimately practice the nectar semen and blood, etc., which arise from the union of embraces and the like. Why is this? Because the secret just mentioned is the essence that causes the three Vajras to arise, making the three, body, speech, and mind, abide in bliss. The vows to be practiced belonging to the speech Vajra family are: whatever women of lower, middle, and higher grades there are, in the supreme path of the three realms, the three realms are sentient beings, the supreme path to be accomplished by them is the lotus, and all the pulse wheels there, such as the umbrella of desire, the full moon, and the turtle, should be according to the ritual, with rituals such as pleasing, with the speech Vajra, that is, acting in the form of tasting, constantly enjoying and rejoicing. What arises from that should not be denigrated, but should be tasted. The vows to be practiced by those who have realized the mind Vajra family are: abiding in the three Vajra bodies, that is, the nature of Vairochana and so on. All the vows, that is, all the women such as the lotus women, should be pleased and satisfied by the vows of the three Vajras, that is, by the actions of one's own body, speech, and mind.

One should act accordingly. One should not despise or displease them with the vajra of their minds, because the root of the mind is the body, and the root of the body is the mind, so it should be understood. The three samayas of vajra are the samayas of body, speech, and mind. Because it is uncommon, it is great. The great Vajradhara, who revealed this, declared thus. The yogi who abides in the three conducts should abandon attachment to external deities and show that he himself is the deity. What all the Tathagatas of the three times have taught should be kept secret from the inferior ones such as the Shravakas, hence it is the secret vajra. This is taken from his body, etc. As mentioned before, not forming hand mudras is to clarify the abandonment of attachment to external deities, that is, deities different from oneself. If the hundred families are summarized, then the five Buddhas, such as Vairochana, are widely proclaimed. They are also the nature of one's own form, etc., the five aggregates, and there is nothing else besides that. Similarly, there are no Bodhisattvas other than one's own five aggregates, because they mainly cling to objects, hence it is the vajra, that is, the mandala of Bodhisattvas such as the pure essence of the sense bases of the eyes, etc., and there is no mandala of Bodhisattvas other than that. In order to show how the vidyas such as the eyes are also perfected in one's own five aggregates, then Vajrapani asked, by what is the three realms, which are encompassed by the container and its contents, accumulated and generated? The answer is: the one who accumulates the three realms is the earth, etc. It enters and abides in the clear light, hence it is the vajra. This is taken from his body, etc. All those who are regarded as goddesses such as the eyes are not independent of the earth, water, fire, and wind that have been grasped and not grasped, but the earth, etc., themselves are widely proclaimed as goddesses such as the eyes. The space vajra is the clear light. It equally pervades all moving and non-moving things and follows them, hence it is the vow. He is the sixth Vajradhara. All the Tathagatas are the nature of the five aggregates, that is, Vairochana, etc. Their place is the nature of the earth, etc.
