One should contemplate liberation from illness through empowerment of the Vajra Mind. The method for pacifying illness according to the Completion Stage is: The Union practitioner dwells in the mandala, with their respective principal deities as the main focus, up to the supreme wheel of Chakrasamvara. Among the three methods of pacifying illness in the Karma Chakrasamvara, the method of pacifying with luminosity is: All the Buddhas of the ten directions are the aggregates such as the patient's body. The intelligent one is endowed with one's own consciousness. Bodhisattvas are the faculties such as the eyes. Having thought that they are angered by the illness afflicting the patient, with the intention of killing, the supreme intention of wanting to eliminate the illness, by either of the two meditations, the aggregates such as the patient's body are absorbed into luminosity. Through these meditative practices focused on luminosity, whatever kind of illness, those known as arising from karma, etc., will be destroyed and cease to exist within seven days. Second, the method of pacifying with Vajra recitation is: Or, in a white, slowly flowing water mandala, combining the wind mantra with the (water) mantra, reciting one hundred and eight times, nine hundred times, or a thousand times, through this practice, illnesses will be destroyed. Third, the method of pacifying with self-blessing is: Or, contemplate one's own king of mantras, through the practice of self-blessing, the meditative ritual of the Vajra destroying illnesses. That is, starting from not visualizing the patient, visualize the body of Vajrasattva composed of wind and mind, as an illusory body, thereby becoming liberated from illness. These rituals just explained are the antidote to all internal and external illnesses, spoken by the Great Vajradhara, a vow that is extremely difficult to transgress. Illusory Samadhi has four aspects: showing dreams of signs of accomplishment, brief explanation of the meaning of illusion, detailed explanation, and summarizing the text. The first has four aspects: showing the distinction of the words of the compiler, the necessity of the example of dreams, the conclusion of dreams of attaining accomplishment, and the showing of dreams of not attaining accomplishment. The first is: Then, combine "Thus he spoke." By whom was it spoken? By the King Vajradhara. Its distinction is: The wisdom shaker is Vairochana.

Etc. Among them, the great light is the main one. Because one strives for liberation by indulging in desires, desire and liberation are Vajra, that is, the Great Vajradhara. What is it? It is the following statement that will appear below. Showing the necessity of the example of dreams is: through the example of dreams, preventing the view that all dharmas are truly existent or non-existent, thereby revealing the illusory Samadhi, which is an excellent teaching. What is it? Through delusion, that is, the mind being ignorant and clinging to the extreme of permanence or annihilation, the Vajra that destroys it is the illusory Samadhi that is free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation. Who is it? The Great Vajradhara. Through what example? Through the example of dreams, where outer and inner dharmas appear even though they are non-existent. What meaning is spoken? Because there is no cause for birth, things are essentially, that is, from the very beginning, unborn, and through the way of showing it as a dream, the nature, that is, the thusness that is pure by nature of luminosity, the illusory body of the deity, is that itself. Showing the dream of attaining siddhi, including the conclusion: through the two stages, the two practitioners who are constantly diligent in meditation and recitation, if they practice constantly, that is, continuously, then the two kinds of dreams, with signs and without signs, will appear and be seen. Who sees what? Buddhas, that is, those who are extremely focused on the inner self, will see the dream of attaining the supreme siddhi of the signless Mahamudra; Bodhisattvas, that is, those who are extremely focused on mantras, will see the dream with signs of achieving the siddhi of pacification, etc. Among them, the following statement is: because it is a dream that shows great fruit to the two practitioners, it is a great dream; because it does not deceive, it is the place of vows. The supreme Bodhi wisdom is luminosity, seeing oneself attain and enter into it, and seeing the perfect Buddha, good light, that is, the body of wisdom, and if the yogi sees himself attain the complete enjoyment body of the Buddha on the vast path, then quickly, that is, without much delay, he will make these manifest.
