After meditating in between, one acts by thinking of killing with cruelty. Thus, even the Vajra Holder dies. This is said to be the excellent distinction of application. As just explained, the enemies who harm the Buddhas are frightened by the regret of accumulating sins, and are disturbed by the fear of it. If one acts thinking there is no refuge, one will surely die. The application of killing is shown as follows: The one to be subdued, the Vajra Yaksha Rakshasa, regrets and fears killing all beings such as the Buddhas. When there is no refuge, one commands the beneficial one. He lures him to stay in front, and commands him with the verses from chapter thirteen. He takes him to the outer charnel ground, and contemplates that the retinues of the world and beyond cut and kill with various weapons and eat the flesh. This is the Rakshasa and others who are angry and have the nature of harming. They eat blood, flesh, fat, oil, etc. in various ways, and are extremely fierce and terrifying. The flames and smoke of the wrathful deity are difficult to look at. One contemplates that the one to be subdued is frightened by being cut and chopped by various weapons. With this meditation, even the Vajra Holder dies. This is the excellent distinction that is said. Then, one contemplates that the flesh, intestines, etc. are eaten by owls and eagles. If the Buddha himself is surely destroyed, what need is there to mention the one to be subdued? Killing with the application of substances: The yogi who is extremely focused within and capable of practicing, stays in the mandala of Akshobhya, even down to the Supreme Wheel. With the inconceivable Karma Supreme Wheel, the black snake covered with poison, extremely angry, makes even the terrifying ones terrified, has five heads and two tongues, and has fangs carved or sculpted. From the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:大惭愧) syllable, the essence of one's own samadhi mind, rays of light emanate. This supreme oath of poison is invited, that is, the flowing and non-flowing poisons appear as black. One contemplates writing the KHAM (藏文:ཁྃ།,梵文天城体:khāṃ,梵文罗马拟音:kham,汉语字面意思:空) syllable on the forehead of the snake and injecting it, or one contemplates injecting it into the mouth of the snake. Then, the light rays of the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲིའི་,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:大惭愧) syllable, the essence of any Naga such as Norgyas, are invited.

Having summoned with a fire hook, place it in that image. That image becomes particularly excellent, able to walk or run. Then say to it, "Eat so-and-so," and thinking that it eats, it will eat, and that one will certainly die. For hiding sinners and turtles, etc., the same ritual should be performed. Make or draw their images, and with the rays of HRIH (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), gather poisons, summon consciousness, and then cause it to walk. By urging it with "Eat so-and-so," it will eat. The remaining ritual of separating vows is: the harm related to sentient beings residing in all places of the ten directions, that is, the fear caused by snakes and poisons, etc., the changes of poison that cause disturbance of mind, drawn by the rays of the hand seal, visualized as a black demon form, and must be inflicted upon the enemy. This, just mentioned, is the supreme method of urging, and is very powerful for subduing the wicked. The remaining ritual of killing with meditation is: like that, visualize the one to be subdued, who has accumulated sinful defilements, in front of you. Abide in the wrathful Vajra Mandala, below the supreme king, and visualize striking the heart of the one to be subdued with a hammer. Then, according to the command of the Great Vajradhara, the enemy will be deprived of life. Similarly, the Vajra-holder, that is, the practitioner, visualizing cutting and chopping that one to be subdued with an axe and spear, etc., giving supreme generosity to the lower, middle, and upper beings of the three bodies, giving desirable fruits, Vajrasattva, that is, the one with magical transformations, the fierce one, that is, the one to be subdued who has accumulated sinful defilements, will die. The method of averting the knowledge of others is: for one who is supremely devoted inwardly, suitable for practice, abiding on the support generated between the immovable mandala and the supreme king, for the one to be subdued who speaks unbelievingly, etc., the peg that averts harm, the recitation of the averter, and the fire offering, etc., are being done with the intention of benefiting him, as well as the rosary mantra, etc., that protect the one to be subdued, and making the one to be subdued pleased.
