Furthermore, the self-arising mantra syllables, namely speech, the abiding body, and the wisdom mind – these three should be contemplated as the illusory form of the mind. Thereafter, with the intention to liberate the object to be subdued, contemplate the mind of the object to be subdued becoming enlightened, as the nature of five lights, as mere mind. Again, gather and integrate it into one's own great mudra. All of these are done with the vajra of the mind, knowing it to be mere mind. By integrating and placing these into the three kayas, namely one's own body, speech, and mind, the desired meaning will be perfectly accomplished. The vajra is difficult to integrate, therefore it is to be subdued. That which destroys it is the precious mantra, the distinction of union. The samadhi that clarifies it is called as such. The rite of subduing has two aspects: subduing the container and subduing the essence. The first has two aspects: the subduing of the generation stage, which is suitable for practice by focusing supremely inward, and the initial union with whatever deity is one's chosen deity, and contemplating the supreme mandala, namely the two lines "supreme in all aspects." The supreme activity is the two lines "enlightenment in sequence." Furthermore, transform the water, such as the ocean, into the immovable nature of space, and upon that, from yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), contemplate the mandala of wind as the nature of meaningful accomplishment. Above that, from raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), contemplate the mandala of fire as the nature of immeasurable light. Above that, from vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺), contemplate the mandala of water as the nature of Ratnasambhava. Above that, from laṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:लं,梵文罗马拟音:laṃ,汉语字面意思:朗), contemplate the mandala of earth as the nature of Vairochana, contemplating in this way until it is solid and dense. Then, if one builds upon the water, it will not sink. The container subduing of the completion stage is to integrate the illusory body into clear light, erecting the union of the sambhogakaya. By the line "with the union of equal posture," the wisdom body that is indivisible from the two truths, contemplate the feet upon the crown of the head. The line "if one builds upon the water, it will not sink." The purity of essence is the sixth Vajradhara. The vajra is the two yogis of the two stages. The essence subduing has three aspects: the union of subduing speech and body, which is the initial union with one's chosen deity.

Moreover, while abiding in the supreme mandala (dkyil 'khor rgyal mchog), during the time of debating with non-Buddhists and others, upon the one to be subdued, visualize the mandala of great power arising from LAM (藏文:ལྃ,梵文天城体:lam,梵文罗马拟音:lam,汉语字面意思:LAM), yellow in color, marked with two vajras. In its center, establish the wrathful deity, that is, the blazing vajra arising from the long HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:HUM) syllable, and by contemplating that the mouth is blocked by this, one will become unable to speak. If you wish to suppress the body, then on the crown of the head of the one to be subdued, visualize the karma vajra, that is, the multi-colored vajra, and contemplate the wrathful deity with nectar swirling, trampling on it with his feet, then the body will become unable to move. The illusory wheel is the body, speech, and so on. The method for suppressing the arms is: after contemplating the initial practice of any wrathful deity, at the time of the supreme mandala, contemplate the three supreme vajras, that is, all the mandala deities are in wrathful form, resembling the yellow color of lotus stamens, the size of the king of mountains, and contemplate them on the crowns of the arms of the four limbs, and contemplate that all the arms have sunk downwards. If you can suppress the arms of those skilled in enlightenment, that is, those who cause stiffness, then there is no doubt about suppressing the arms of kings and others. That which arises from body, speech, and mind is the sixth Vajradhara. The method for suppressing the mind is: for enemies who abandon the sacred Dharma and so on, at the time of frightening vows, that is, intimidation, one should thoroughly examine this meditation that will arise below. Even if it is the initial practitioners, if they practice and recite this method, then there will be no doubt about this appearing in the world. The above is an explanation of the benefits of the method. The actual karma method is: abiding in the initial practice of Akshobhya and the supreme mandala, from the karma supreme HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:HUM) syllable arises the kīla. Its measure, that is, shape, the upper part is a five-pronged vajra with the prongs spread apart, possessing the five faculties such as eyes, the lower part is the shape of a kīla with a single point, contemplating its essence as the union of nectar and means. With that vajra kīla, stab and pierce the heart of the one to be subdued, and contemplate this. Due to wrath, that is, the retaliator, the army skilled in the Dharma, that is, skilled in mantras and tantras,
