Thus it is said. The thirty-three consonants represented by the letter Va are the common fundamental cause of nouns and words, like a father. Therefore, Va is known as father. Thus it is said. The dot on top of the letter Va symbolizes the mutual union of vowels and consonants. From the mutual union of vowels and consonants, names and words arise. From the collection of these, the exceedingly wondrous Dharma wheel of the nature of the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, which has not been turned by any god or human being before, arises. Therefore, from the symbolic perspective, it also shows the skillful means and wisdom of the two letters. Second, the explanation from the perspective of shape is, "E ni," etc., one verse. The triangular shape of E symbolizes the lotus of the mother, and the circular shape of Va symbolizes the vajra of the father. From the dot, it symbolizes the mutual union of father and mother, from which the seed of bodhicitta arises. From this, three kinds of beings, superior, intermediate, and inferior, arise. The superior are the Tathagatas and Vidyadharis, the intermediate are the Bodhisattvas and goddesses, and the inferior are the wrathful deities, arising from the three rites. This is the general meaning of the generation stage. Third, the explanation of skillful means and wisdom from the perspective of sound is, "E ni, wisdom," etc., one verse. From the sound of E, it is derived that "Eka-ra (梵文,Eka-ra,梵文罗马拟音,Eka-ra,one sound)" is wisdom, indicating the source of wind, the emptiness of the body. Great joy is consciousness, and its master is the wind that empowers consciousness. The skillful means wind is also indicated by deriving it from the sound of Va as "Vayu-na (梵文,Vayu-na,梵文罗马拟音,Vayu-na,wind)". The dot indicates the indestructible root of wind, short A. From short A, the letters of vowels and consonants also arise. Therefore, this is the precursor to showing skillful means and wisdom from the symbolic perspective. That is, the wind of wisdom arises in the body of the Sugata, from which the letters of the nature of vowels and consonants arise, and from the mutual union of these, the aggregates of Dharma arise. Therefore, by showing skillful means and wisdom from the perspective of symbol and sound, these two expand on the content of the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, and the expressible content, therefore it is called the seal of Dharma. That is, all the expressible content of the scriptures is symbolized by E-vam (藏文:ཨེ་ཝཾ།).

Because it does not go beyond vowels and consonants, it is expanded. Because all that is expressed does not go beyond the means and wisdom symbolized by them, it is expanded. Therefore, whoever knows the suchness of these two letters can turn the wheel of Dharma as the Buddha thinks of sentient beings. Third, revealing the fault of not knowing, which is the one verse "What of beings". As mentioned above, without knowing the suchness of these two letters, those who only constantly recite the letters of the scriptures are alienated from understanding the meaning of the Buddha's teachings, because they have abandoned the suchness of the scriptures and the practice of knowing the means and wisdom. For example, like the non-Buddhist practitioners. Second, concluding and exhorting to learn the suchness of the two letters, which is the two verses beginning with "Evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus)". In general, the structure of all sutras and tantras is the introduction, and the meaning of the introduction is also indicated by Evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), therefore, when explaining the sacred Dharma of the sutras and tantras, Evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) is first explained in detail. Who explains it? The Omniscient One who dwells there in the illusory union body, inseparable from the means and wisdom symbolized by the two letters Evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), explains it. Because the teacher Buddha himself also abides in the means and wisdom symbolized by the two letters, and all that is said and can be said of the Dharma and sacred Dharma also abides in the means and wisdom symbolized by the two letters, therefore, calling Indra the lord of the gods, if you want to attain the unchanging Buddhahood, you should always remember the illusory state of non-duality of means and wisdom symbolized by the two letters, and with great reverence regard the sacred Dharma that proclaims it as the guru to rely on. Second, explaining "Thus I have heard" etc., the meaning of these vajra words also comes from the tantra itself that was asked by the Lord of the Gods, as it is said in the scripture: "In the wheel of emanation, it is said that I have heard, the nature of the seed, what is emanated, the wheel of the gods is the most excellent, what is the time of great joy, it is said in one time, also the eight powers".
