Seated on the right is the Tathagata Akshobhya. Seated on the left shoulder is the Tathagata Desire King. Seated on the right knee is the Tathagata Blue Staff. Seated on the left knee is the Tathagata Mahabala. Seated on one's own head is the Tathagata Chakravartin. Seated on the feet below is the Tathagata Adorned with Benefit. In this very body, in all these places, all the Tathagatas reside. Thus it is said. Also in the Root Tantra, it is said that the thirty-two deities are complete. The thirteen deities placed in the mandala, the eight Bodhisattvas, and the five goddesses are mentioned in the introduction. The mantra garlands of the wrathful deities of the four corners and above and below are mentioned in the fourteenth chapter, so adding those makes it complete. However, the reason why all the deities are not placed in the mandala is to prevent entering the tantra arbitrarily without a teacher. Thus, the noble Nagarjuna, following the Explanatory Tantra, considered there to be thirty-two deities in the mandala. King Indrabodhi, in the first chapter, placed thirteen deities in the Wisdom Mandala, and in the fourth chapter, based on the reason that the signs of the thirteen deities did not appear in the powdered color mandala, considered there to be thirteen deities. Buddha Wisdom Foot, on top of the thirteen deities, added six goddesses from Rupa Vajra Ma to Dharmadhatu Vajra Ma, considering there to be nineteen deities. Pandit Trisira, it is said that he considered there to be twenty-five deities, but this view is not clear. I wonder if he added the eight Bodhisattvas and the wrathful deities of the four corners on top of the thirteen deities. The indication of the chapter name is that the secret of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas is the Three Vajras, and the collection of the three secrets is the Great Vajradhara, and the scripture that proclaims it is also called that. The Samadhi Mandala is the Samadhi of the Two Stages, and this chapter proclaims it, so it is called that. A chapter is like clothing that repels minor harms such as mosquitoes and flies, and the meaning of this tantra also
