Furthermore, by explaining with hidden meaning and ultimate meaning, it reveals the completion stage. Among them, when explaining with hidden meaning, there are two types of hidden meanings. The hidden meaning of the three minds reveals the actual mind of stillness, as well as its preliminary physical stillness and speech stillness. The hidden meaning of conventionality reveals the nature of conventionality along with its actions. The hidden meaning of desire-dhamma reveals the generation of the mandala, the supreme king, of both the generation and completion stages, and the secret offering. By explaining with ultimate meaning, it reveals both luminosity and union. These, through the prior practice of the three stillnesses, incorporate those with conventional actions into luminosity, thereby establishing the union enjoyment body, transforming it into an emanation body, and merely revealing the appearance of bliss, up to the generation of the mandala in the dharma-source of the consort. Then, by explaining the complete retinue with definitive meaning, it reveals the mandala, the supreme king, of the completion stage. Therefore, by means of the complete introduction, it also reveals the yoga of both the generation and completion stages. Similarly, by explaining the mandala of the dharani with interpretable and definitive meanings, it also reveals it, because the interpretable meaning reveals the actions of the generation stage, and the definitive meaning reveals the actions of the completion stage. Then, the mandala of the assembled Akshobhya also reveals it, which has two aspects: summary and detailed explanation. By explaining the summary with interpretable meaning, it is the summary of the generation stage. With definitive meaning, it is the summary of the completion stage, because it shows the establishment of union from luminosity and its transformation into an emanation body. The detailed explanation has three parts. Among them, when explaining the four aspects of the samadhi of the subjugating vajra, there is no explanation of the meaning of the letters, but the general meaning extensively explains the actions accompanied by the remaining power. The hidden meaning reveals the secret offering. The ultimate meaning extensively explains luminosity. Then, secondly, by explaining the samadhi of the vajra arising from the true vow with interpretable meaning, it shows the generation of the body of the main deity through the four yogas that are preceded by the collection of the remaining power. Then, thirdly, by the emanation of the mandala of samadhi, it reveals the mandala, the supreme king, of both the generation and completion stages. Furthermore, the mantras of offering, etc., are explained with interpretable meaning, not revealing the mantras of offering of the generation stage, but with definitive meaning, revealing the mantras of offering of the completion stage. Thus, as has been explained.

In this way, the first chapter briefly explains the two stages. Secondly, the concise meaning of the expressing words, from "Thus I have heard" to "residing in Bhaga," explains the four ways. These are clearly explained in the commentary. Regarding the meaning of the branches, it is briefly explained through the perfect basis, and explained in detail through the rest of the text. In the first part, the perfect place and teacher are explained in four ways. The perfect retinue is explained as the two types of those who can be guided and those who need to be guided. In the first part, there are four meanings. The meaning of the letters is: Here, the one who gathers is the noble Vajrapani. The Great Vajradhara himself kept in mind what he had heard, and then said, "Thus I have heard," etc. The word "Thus" is a phrase that indicates all the meanings of the tantra. "I have heard" means that I heard it myself, not transmitted from others one after another, and only heard the words, but did not understand the meaning. "At one time" means that I heard this at one time, and heard others at other times, which shows that I heard a lot myself. Or, "at one time" I heard it, but at other times I did not hear it, which shows that the tantra is difficult to obtain. Or, "at one time" means hearing in one instant, which shows that wisdom is very outstanding. From which teacher? In which place? With which friend did you hear it? The perfection of the teacher, that is, from whom it was heard, refers to "Bhagavan," because he has perfect fortune, and because he has destroyed all incompatible aspects, he is Bhagavan, that is, heard from the Great Vajradhara. The perfection of the place, that is, where it was heard, refers to "all Tathagatas," etc., because the Bhagavan himself is the nature of the five Tathagatas such as Vairochana, so he is also all Tathagatas. And, since the three vajras of body, speech, and mind are inseparable, it is the essence of body, speech, and mind, that is, the Great Vajradhara. His Vajra Consort is Prajnaparamita emptiness, because she can destroy afflictions, she is called Bhaga (Tibetan: བྷ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भग, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaga, Chinese literal meaning: Bhag), and it was heard when residing there. The meaning is this: contained in the preciousness of the nature of the Dharmadhatu in the center of the sky.
