I, having aroused it with the name mantra, and having arranged my own aggregates, etc., in the nature of purity in a condensed manner, is the great victory of the mandala. Remaining in such a coemergent great victory of the mandala, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings through the method of vajra recitation, through the methods of peaceful and other activities, and training in the indivisibility of the three bodies, and training in any of the three conducts, is the great victory of action. In this stage of training in coemergence, the arising of the coemergent wisdom body from the clear light is merely the self-appearance of the yogi, and it is not able to abandon the impure aggregates. Training in the indivisibility of the three bodies is: having sealed the coemergence with clear light, remaining in non-conceptualization is the dharmakaya. That which causes the ten bhumi bodhisattvas to experience the taste of dharma in the form of the great Vajradhara is the sambhogakaya. That which appears as many emanations to ordinary beings and those below the ninth bhumi is the nirmanakaya. The indivisibility of these three is the great coemergent Vajradhara possessing three characteristics, as the Vajramala says: The three bodies are distinct, the protector also truly taught, by the union of the completion stage, it also transforms into one. Thus it is taught. At the time of training in coemergence, even if one does not train with effort in such a great Vajradhara possessing three characteristics of the indivisibility of the three bodies, it will naturally abide, but in order to quickly abide in the ground of non-training, one should also train, just as a bird goes to its destination by merely stretching its wings in the sky, but flaps them in order to go quickly. Thus, by training in the samadhi of coemergence, signs of the preliminary signs of attaining supreme accomplishment, such as the body becoming subtle, the sense of touch becoming light, and other actual signs, and the signs of dreams, which are explained from the fifteenth chapter onwards, will occur. The way in which a lazy person transcends sorrow in the bardo is: some yogis, even though they have seen the truth, are distracted by farming, business, etc., due to the power of past habits, and the three conducts are not accomplished. If signs of death appear, this projection should be made: my death is clear light.
