That is, believing that all internal and external things are permanent and stable, believing that they are reliable, and believing that they are free from all aspects of existence and non-existence, such as illusory dependent origination, there is nothing else. As it is said, the venerable Nagarjuna said: "If someone says that the aggregates are the person, the worldly Samkhyas, owl sons, etc., if the naked ones, etc., are destroyed, they should be questioned if they say there is existence or non-existence. Therefore, the teachings of the Buddhas are called the profound teachings that transcend existence and non-existence, the immortal and profound teachings, and should be known as the essence of the Dharma." As it is said. Therefore, those who believe that the Vajra body is permanent and stable, pervading all that is stable and moving, are no different from those who, according to the Vedas, believe that the Dharma bodies of the three great gods, such as Brahma and Ishvara, are permanent, self-born omniscient beings, pervading all that is stable and moving and are creators. Therefore, this is extremely wrong. Here it is said: The teacher of evil wisdom and wrong views, the highly renowned expert physician, if his good words are like this, what are his evil words like? The second general meaning is that the nature of the mind, which is the basis of purification, is the suchness with defilements. It is the basis of purification for the completion stage. Regarding this, it is also necessary to understand it from its own nature, its names, the reason for its naturally pure nature, the reason why defilements are temporary, the reason for purifying it through the path, and the reason for manifesting it. Among them, its own nature is: it has been present in the continuum of all sentient beings since beginningless time, accompanying all states of mind, such as virtuous, non-virtuous, and unspecified, it is a slightly clear experience and awareness, like dreams and illusions, and is free from all aspects of existence and non-existence. Considering this, it is also said in this very continuum: Sentient beings are all Buddhas, and there is no other great Buddha in this world realm. And, in the commentary on the Empowerment Chapter, it says: Here, what dwells in the heart of all sentient beings is wisdom. That is also an indestructible sound, and is always the nature of Nada. And, in the commentary on the Inner Chapter, it says: The so-called mixing of emptiness and wisdom refers to the relationship between what pervades the body and what is pervaded, which is the conventional definition.

That which abides on the ground, the wisdom that dwells in the bodies of all sentient beings, that itself is emptiness. And so forth, this meaning is shown by this. Furthermore, in the Second Chapter of Investigation, it says: Great wisdom dwells in the body, all thoughts are completely abandoned, the one who pervades all things. And so forth. In other tantras it also says: The Bodhisattva without beginning or end, Vajrasattva is great bliss, Samantabhadra is the lord of all, Vajra Pride Lord, the lord of lords. And so forth. Also in the Mahayana Abhidhamma Sutra it says: The sphere of beginningless time, is the abode of all dharmas, because it exists, all beings and, nirvana can also be attained. And so forth. Also from the Uttaratantra it says: Just as the body of the Victorious One is in torn clothes, the lord of men in the womb of a wicked woman, and the form of precious jewels is in the earth, so too, this essence of Suchness abides in sentient beings, obscured by the stains of adventitious afflictions. And so forth. Also in the Dharmadhatu Praise it says: If one does not know everything, one wanders in samsara, I prostrate to the Dharmadhatu, which is definitely present in all sentient beings. And so forth. Thus, in the Mahayana sutras, tantras, and treatises, this Suchness with stains, the mind that is naturally luminous, is extensively taught. In the Inner Chapter it says: Just as when water is taken in a vase, the sky does not move, so too, the Vajradhara who pervades the sky, is separate from places and forms, and is likewise in the center of the body. Therefore, this does not show the Suchness with stains that should be purified, but it shows the Vajra body that is free from all obscurations, abiding as the pervader of all beings. In its commentary it says: The mind purified by the liberations such as emptiness is the Vajradhara of space. Because the Suchness with stains cannot be purified by the liberations. Again, in the commentary it says: Here, when things and non-things become mixed together as one, without self-nature, free from substance and discrimination, like a pra-phab-pa, momentarily separated. The thing that is free from birth and destruction, exists for the purpose of the Buddhas turning the wheel of Dharma. This is what was
