The nature of body, speech, and mind is named. Although there are many different methods for meditating on the pulse petals, they are like the branches of a sandalwood tree or the ribs of an umbrella. The thirty-two general pulse petals are white and slightly curved downwards, symbolizing "വം" (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: वं). The sixteen throat pulse petals are red in color, and their tips curve upwards, symbolizing "ཨེ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, literal Chinese meaning: ཨེ་). The eight heart pulse petals are blue in color and slightly concave downwards, symbolizing "വം" (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: वं). The sixty-four navel pulse petals are yellow in color and face upwards, symbolizing "ཨེ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, literal Chinese meaning: ཨེ་). The twenty-eight secret place pulse petals are green and arranged straight in a row. These five pulse wheels are the actual palaces of the five families, and their essence is one with the five Buddha-fields of the external world (424). These are the supreme pulses for generating qualities. Other than these, there are countless pulse petals that generate many faults and qualities. Therefore, it is best not to focus on them. Then, using the method of the nine-section wind, gently and slowly control the subtle air, and practice the five-branch illusory wheel. This is the foundation for those with good lineage, and it is called planting the wish-fulfilling tree, which is meditating on the emptiness of the body and pulses. Then, practice the yoga of the winds. Hold the breath when it flows simultaneously through the left nostril. Holding it when it flows through the right nostril will increase obstacles and faults. From the tip of the nose, about sixteen finger-widths away, the air is like an empty thread with five colors. It enters through the nostrils, passes through the rasanā channel, and is visualized entering inwards, inhaling slowly. Close the lower gate and fill the belly. Place a rolled-up piece of cloth under the lower gate. This is the key to forcefully controlling the lower air. (425) Filling the upper air up to the throat is the vase breath, but be careful of upward rushes, etc. It is better to fill it up to below the heart. If you inhale and fill it forcefully, you will become unconscious. Inhale slowly, gently, and deeply, fill the belly, and hold it as much as you can. Visualize the air entering from the rasanā channel and dissolving into the heart within the central channel. If you cannot hold it, alternately strike the armpits with your right and left elbows. Visualize the air, like a blue, clear, and subtle light, seeping out from the pores of the body. This will allow you to hold the air for a slightly longer time. Then, if you cannot continue to hold it and must exhale, blow out all the remaining air from both nostrils. Obstacles

After expelling all karma, sins, and obscurations, meditate on the emptiness and clarity within the channels and body. The sign of accomplishment is that the air pocket becomes longer than before, and even holding the breath for a long time does not cause discomfort. When you yourself assume the correct posture and hold your breath, place a fellow monastic friend in front of you (426), Sitting in the lotus position, holding a rosary in the left hand, quickly touch the right and left knees with the right hand, Touch the forehead and snap a finger, then break off one bead of the rosary. If you can hold your breath without exhaling for the duration of one hundred and eight such repetitions, it is considered that you have reached the level of mastery of the breath. If you meditate on the transference of consciousness with mastery, you can also produce abilities, If you meditate on inner heat (tummo), you can also generate warmth, etc. This is also called vase breath. It has also been said that it is not vase breath and has been prohibited. However, because it is clearly explained in the Root Tantra of the Compendium of Intentions, the extent of the appearance of the signs of breath is certain. After that, meditate on the yoga of bindus, This is the uncommon profound essence of Pakshi. Within the central channel in the middle of the five chakras, In the crown chakra is the nature of ignorance, the white Om In the throat chakra is the nature of desire, the red Ah In the heart chakra is the nature of hatred, the dark blue Hum In the navel chakra is the nature of pride, the yellow Tram (427) In the secret place is the nature of jealousy, the green A. The five poisons, five wisdoms, and five families are meditated on together because they are one in the nature of cause and effect. At the lower end of the central channel, below the secret place chakra, visualize a red bindu marked with the red Ram Meditate on the short A as the nature of inner heat. This is the method of Pakshi's instructions, The natural location of inner heat is four fingers below the navel, meditating there is in accordance with the tantra. Any of the short A, bindu, or Ram syllable is fine. The A syllable has no long mark and is the color of red-hot iron. At the tip of the bindu being meditated upon, the flame is a three-curved red, like the fur of a wild animal, The three-curved red is the shape showing the broken A syllable. The tip of the Ram syllable being meditated upon is the same as that. The short A is called the nature of Vajravarahi, the red bindu obtained from the mother, is Vajravarahi herself, that is the support for meditation. Because all the warmth of the body is generated from it, ordinary people call it stomach fire. (428) Holding the breath, enter from the root of life and touch it, It burns like blowing on a coal fire. If you meditate below the secret place
