It should be recited again. Except for meditation breaks, cold water baths are not allowed. After finishing, bathe and fetch water again. The method to subdue the five poisons of affliction at this time is: Like Songtsen Gampo's clairvoyance, for an unimpeded king or great lama, when an ordinary person briefly meets in front of someone with unimpeded clairvoyance, they dare not generate evil thoughts in their mind. If they arise, the lama will know and be displeased, or the king will know and issue punishment. Similarly, even if the water bubble is not visible to the naked eye, the wisdom deity is definitely present in front. Therefore, one cannot let afflictive thoughts spread. By getting used to this, afflictions will naturally stop. Especially when performing white purification fasting, sleep, desire, and hatred will naturally decrease. Because of reduced urination and defecation, it is easy to maintain cleanliness. Therefore, this is the reason why white purification fasting is needed. Afterwards, when ending the meditation session, gather the rosary, blow on it, and touch the three places. Visualize the blessings of the mantra dissolving into oneself. Place the precious container filled with grain on top. Place it next to the mandala or in a clean place. Prostrate and stand up, activities such as eating should be done next to the mandala, not elsewhere. When ending the meditation session before going to bed at night, if there is a painting, generate it in front and dissolve into it. If not, send it away and perform dedication, prayers, and auspicious prayers. Afterwards, untie the clothes and go to sleep. When the sky turns white in the morning, put on the clothes. Wash the five limbs (297), like before. For three or seven days, or even about five days, come out of retreat and change into new clothes. Shake the old clothes in the wind and fumigate them with incense. Offerings cannot be eaten, because offerings offered to the gods have great obscurations. If eaten, one will not see the face of the gods and obscurations will arise. Dogs, cows, donkeys, and other inferior animals cannot be given alms. It should be taken to a clean and high place. There is no fault in birds pecking at it, because those who walk in the sky belong to the category of dakinis. Finally, even the supplementary fire offering to complete the recitation is different from ordinary fire offerings. There is no need to generate worldly fire gods and oath-bound deities, etc. In the center of that flame, invite the deity in front and suffice with offerings. Again

The ground or mandala is well placed, Also taking the self-entry at session breaks, etc. From the forehead, throat (298), and heart of the visualized deity, White, red, and blue rays are absorbed into oneself. At the end of the practice, the method of obtaining accomplishments, Inside the alms bowl are the three whites and three sweets, Having filled it with a mixture of yogurt and food, Cover it with five-colored silk on top. Place the samaya vajra on top of that, The five-colored rays from the heart of the deity in front, Meditating that the nature of accomplishment dissolves into the food, Having abandoned food and sleep for a full day and night, Place the alms bowl in the left palm and cover it with the right. Until dawn, recite the essence mantra of the deity. Rays of light, smoke, drum sounds, and incense fragrance emanate, If heat arises and steam billows, then accomplishment is obtained. Even if no signs appear, by eating that itself, One will have long life, few illnesses, increase, and firmness. During practice, observe dreams such as the appearance of the sun and moon, Many other similar signs will appear. Hold the painted samaya vajra as a support, Generate faith and desire (299) by regarding the deity as real. On auspicious days, arrange and offer offerings, Having offered burnt offerings and made prayers in front of it, Everything thought of in this way will be accomplished. The samaya vajra is not shown to others, but hidden and carried, By showing the painting to disciples or those with faith, And having them offer prostrations and offerings, It is said that immeasurable obscurations are purified. When practicing the Action Tantra in this way, Through the power of being embraced by that deity, In sixty lifetimes of being born as a human from a human, One will practice the Action Tantra in this way. Thereafter, upon death, one will obtain clairvoyance, miraculous powers, etc., Becoming inseparable from that deity, In the pure land of that deity, such as Potala, The vidyadharas with the forms of gods and goddesses, Will always become attendants of that deity. Named the Vidyadhara of Accomplishment, The retinue of Avalokiteshvara, Tara, etc., Is said to have hundreds of thousands of millions (300). The intention is the same as the essence and the three family protectors, Sometimes an emanation or reincarnation, Mostly born into the Brahmin caste, Becoming the holders of the teachings of the Action Tantra. Like the seventh rebirth of a Brahmin, Able to guide all who see, hear, remember, and touch. This small tune is the way to practice the Action Tantra.
