This profound wheel is the essence of tantras, commentaries, and oral instructions. It is a profound and special oral instruction of the Kamtsang lineage. The way to protect against all fears is as stated in the Four Tantras of Vajrasana, and it agrees with the eight great commentaries on Tara (p. 276). Therefore, it is a reliable oral instruction. In particular, it protects against the fears of disease, enemies, and war. In short, it is an oral instruction that dispels all fears, no matter what kind of unfavorable harm. First, meditate on the tent of the wheel described earlier, vast and wide like the sky and the earth. Inside it, on the lunar mandala on the ground, visualize all those to be protected as if they were directly present. Light radiates from your own heart, which is Tara's heart, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions transform into the form of Tara and are invited into the sky. Everyone holds a white vase in their right hand and bathes those to be protected with nectar, purifying all diseases and evil spirits, making them like crystal balls. Again, the light rays of the wheel in your own heart radiate like a white moon rising, and all enemies, fears, diseases, and evil spirits are pacified like the moon rising in the darkness, or like sunlight hitting hail (p. 277). om tare tuttare ture nad gdon dgra yi jiks pa am/ shintam kuru svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ནད་གདོན་དགྲ་ཡི་འཇིགས་པའམ། ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ तारे tuttare ture nad gdon dgra yi jiks pa am,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttare ture nad gdon dgra yi jiks pa am,Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Disease Demon Enemy's Fear or) om tare tuttare ture jiks pa che ge shintam kuru svaha (Tibetan: འཇིགས་པ་ཆེ་གེ་ཤིནྟཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: jigs pa che ge śintaṃ kuru svāhā,Sanskrit Romanization: jigs pa che ge śintaṃ kuru svāhā,Literal Chinese Meaning: Fear Great Suchness Shintam Kuru Svaha) Meditate on this visualization in each session, or if it is important, do a seven-day retreat and meditate on it. At the end of the session, offer a torma and pray for your wishes. Recite the praises of Tara who liberates from samsara. Auspicious signs such as dreams that pacify obstacles and prophecies will definitely occur. If these signs occur, you can be sure that there will be no harm. I have personally experienced this six or seven times and it has been accomplished. When there are obstacles on the road, such as water, cliffs, or thieves, visualize the great form of Tara in the sky above that place, and walk towards the feet that grant protection. If there is water, a cliff, etc., visualize it as lifting you up from below. om tare tuttare ture chu dang gyang sa chom rkun gyi jiks pa shanti kuru svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཆུ་དང་གཡང་ས་ཆོམ་རྐུན་གྱི་འཇིགས་པ་ཤནྟི༚་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: oṃ tāre tuttare ture chu dang gyang sa chom rkun gyi jiks pa śanti kuru svāhā,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttare ture chu dang gyang sa chom rkun gyi jiks pa śanti kuru svāhā,Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Water and Cliff Thief's Fear Shanti Kuru Svaha) By doing this, the obstacles on the road will not be able to stop you, and you will be liberated in peace (p. 278). I have personally experienced this many times when there was great doubt and it has been accomplished. Make a long, clean wool protection cord. It is best if the maker is a clean girl.

Stop! At the peak of each ray of light is Amitabha Buddha. On the crown of each being to be protected resides one. Then, as before, by reciting the three-syllable mantra, rays of light emanate from the bodies of the Five Long-Life Sisters, gathering all the vessel and essence, life, merit, glory, and auspiciousness, and dissolving them into the immeasurable light bowl on each of their heads. Nectar gushes forth, entering through the path of Brahma, filling the body, and attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. In this way, one session is continuously visualized, or when not accomplished, meditate on the eight dharmas, fifteen dharmas, etc. In detail, practice the ritual of the Long-Life Mother, in medium, offer torma, and in brief, arrange the torma offering. Make the entrustment speech for the protector's life extension and glory increase. This is the method of practice for the Long-Life Mother. Raschungpa and Ngamdzong Shiwa Ö, the vajra words composed by Mila himself. Tsangnyönpa composed many others. It gathers the essential points, is easy to understand, and is profound and essential. The father and sons, etc., are definitely emanations of the Buddha who have attained freedom from birth and death. If weariness and sorrow do not arise in their minds, they have the autonomy to remain without dying, and if the beings to be tamed by that actual body are not exhausted, even if poison, weapons, or evil mantras are used, they will not pass away. After the beings to be tamed are completed, even if a hundred protections are made, the actual body will not (282) remain, but will show the manner of passing away. For individuals who have attained the first bhumi and above, even billions of demon armies cannot cut off even the tip of a hair. Seeing is meaningful, when he was young, when asked if his body was well and if he needed to do a body ritual, he said, "My body ritual does not need to be done by you. Padmasambhava from the Rakshasa continent and Maitreya from Tushita will do it." Therefore, the body ritual mainly focuses on steadfastness, and diligent supplication is the tradition of this dharma. Because autonomy is great, if you supplicate, they will remain. Even if they do not remain, there is a cause-and-effect interdependence for the increase of one's own life, which is infallible. Although this is the view of the Sutra school, the view of the Tantra school is not like that. From the tantras of the four-armed Mahakala, etc., it is said that if one practices with wrathful mantras and fierce anger, even the life of one who has surpassed the tenth bhumi will be shaken, and even Vajradhara himself can be destroyed, and even if one has the life of Brahma, they will (283) die. The evil mantra phurba of the heretics,
