地基稳固。祈请至尊上师。如是等随心所愿祈祷。上师额间的嗡 (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) 字发出白色嗡 (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) 字光芒，融入自己的额间，获得身之权。上师喉间的阿 (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) 字发出红色阿 (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) 字光芒，融入自己的喉间，获得语之权。上师心间的吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字发出蓝色吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字光芒，融入自己的心间，获得意之权。上师脐间的霍 (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：ह्होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍) 字发出黄色霍 (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：ह्होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍) 字光芒，融入自己的脐间，圆满四种权。上师化为光融入自己，无造作地守护自心本性。根本上师是诸佛的总集，是修持的窍诀，是所有引导次第的精华。祈愿上师策励海的心中铭记。以上是外之上师瑜伽。༈。顶礼上师。祈愿策励海长寿。内之上师瑜伽是：自身观为本尊之身，外如帐篷覆盖，内如桩子牢固。观想显现而无自性。在心间的法轮上，有狮子座、莲花、日月垫，其上观想恩德根本上师为化身释迦牟尼佛。作降魔印，结跏趺坐，身披法衣，三处有三字，心间有吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字。从那里发出光芒照耀十方，迎请并融入贤劫千佛等所有化身。念诵嘛呢四圈化身之祈祷文，尽力多念。释迦牟尼佛化为光融入自身，从而使戒律清净，对佛法有利，缘起具足。这是化身上师瑜伽。在心间的狮子座、莲花、日月垫上，上师观为报身毗卢遮那佛，具有圆满菩提之手印，身披绸缎和珍宝装饰。光芒四射，迎请并融入五方佛等所有报身。念诵嘛呢四圈报身之祈祷文，尽力念诵。毗卢遮那佛化为光融入自身，在无所缘的状态中放松安住，以安坐之姿生起乐空。这是报身上师瑜伽。在心间的狮子座、莲花、日月垫上，上师观为法身金刚持，具有圆满的装饰，如虚空般清澈的颜色，双手在胸前交叉持金刚杵和金刚铃。光芒四射，迎请并融入所有法身佛，金刚

Ground preparation. Pray to the precious Lama. Pray as much as you like. From the Lama's forehead, the syllable Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) emits white light. It dissolves into your forehead, obtaining the empowerment of the body. From the Lama's throat, the syllable Ā (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ā) emits red light. It dissolves into your throat, obtaining the empowerment of speech. From the Lama's heart, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) emits blue light. It dissolves into your heart, obtaining the empowerment of mind. From the Lama's navel, the syllable Hoḥ (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：ह्होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Hoḥ) emits yellow light. It dissolves into your navel, completing the four empowerments. The Lama dissolves into light, merging with you without separation. Without fabrication, maintain the essence of your own mind. The root Lama is the embodiment of all Buddhas, the essential instruction for meditation, the essence of all stages of guidance. May the Lama hold it in the heart of Tsondu Gyatso. This is the outer Guru Yoga. ༈. Namo Guru. Listen and Tsondu Gyatso. The inner Guru Yoga is: Your own body is the form of the Yidam deity. The outer is like a tent erected, the inner is like a stake driven firmly. Meditate on appearance without inherent existence. In the Dharma wheel at the heart, on a lion throne, lotus, sun, and moon seat, visualize the kind root Lama as the Nirmanakaya Shakyamuni Buddha. With the earth-touching mudra, in meditative posture, wearing Dharma robes, with three syllables at the three places, and Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at the heart. From that, light radiates in all directions, inviting and dissolving all Nirmanakayas, such as the thousand Buddhas of this fortunate eon. Recite the four-line prayer of the Nirmanakaya as much as possible. Thubpa dissolves into light, merging with you. Morality becomes pure, benefiting the teachings, and auspicious connections are established. This is the Nirmanakaya Guru Yoga. In the heart, on a lion throne, lotus, sun, and moon seat, visualize the Lama as the Sambhogakaya Vairochana, holding the supreme Bodhi mudra, adorned with silks and precious jewels. Light radiates, inviting and dissolving all Sambhogakayas, such as the Five Conquerors. Recite the four-line prayer of the Sambhogakaya as much as possible. Vairochana dissolves into light, merging with you. Relax and abide in a state of non-objectification. In the seated posture, bliss and emptiness arise. This is the Sambhogakaya Guru Yoga. In the heart, on a lion throne, lotus, sun, and moon seat, visualize the Lama as the Dharmakaya Vajradhara, with complete adornments, the color of clear sky, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart.
