Supreme Tara, the mother of all kinds, the lady of the earth. Or meditate on yourself as the main deity's body, Or because it is said to be the non-dual supreme tantra, You can also meditate on yourself as the Victorious Gyatso. From the tip of the rays of light in your heart, The various Taras are white, with two hands, The right hand holds a vase, the left hand holds a white lotus, Visualize her sitting on a white elephant. Apply the light to the medicine and send it to the patient, By washing the patient with the vase in her hand, The disease and demonic obstacles are cleared, becoming like a crystal ball. Imagine that the emanated goddesses, accompanied by songs, Rain down flowers and speak auspicious words. Oṃ bhreṃ viśva mata svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཕྲེམ་བི་ཤྭ་མ་ཏ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ भ्रें विश्वा मत स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ bhreṃ viśva mata svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Bhrem, Mother of the Universe, Svaha.) Chege's disease and demonic obstacles, all peaceful, do, yeah, svāhā. (Tibetan: ཆེ་གེའི་ནད་གདོན་སརྦ་ཤཱིནྟཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वरोग सर्व शान्ति कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvaroga sarva śānti kuru ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: All diseases, all peaceful, do, yeah, svāhā.) Recite according to the amount and importance. Dissolve the goddess into the patient or gather her back into yourself. The empowerment of this exists in the ocean of sadhanas (113). The visualization is spoken from the Kalachakra Tantra commentary. The way to protect from the sixteen fears, etc., Is extensively explained in the Great Commentary, "Stainless Light." One benefactor had cataracts blinding his eyes, I meditated for about a month, once each day. The patient dreamed of a woman in white cloth, Dreamed of being bathed by someone, therefore from within, The eyes became clear, or saw, and then became clearer. Therefore, I also gained certainty. Or meditate on yourself as White Tara, Or you can also meditate on Mahakarunika. With the rays of light emanating from your heart, Invite White Tara from Potala, Visualize her residing in the sky in front of the patient. Pray with your mind to pacify the fears, From her body, nectar descends like a river of milk, Visualize it dissolving into the patient, clearing away disease and demonic obstacles. Praise her for liberating from samsara, etc., or, Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture chege (114) all demonic obstacles sarva śintaṃ kuru ye svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཆེགེའི་ཅད་གདོན་སརྦ་ཤིནྟཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे सर्व रोग सर्व शान्ति कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture sarva roga sarva śānti kuru ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Ture, all diseases, all peaceful, do, yeah, Svaha.) Finally, dissolve Tara into yourself. Just meditating once liberates from disease, The Kadampa Geshes said you have achieved it. Likewise, water and cliffs, all enemies, Diseases, plagues, conflicts, enemies on the road, etc., When oneself and others go in the direction of decline, As above, White Tara with the mudra of giving refuge, Visualize inviting her to reside in the sky in front. In the mantra, add whatever fear there is, Protecting from all harm of that, The "Four Seats Tantra."

And the hundred thousand practices of Tara, and the activities of White Tara, all the oral transmissions of the Lama. I have gathered them together and it is my own experience. These three instructions do not harm oneself, and they benefit the patrons in this life and the next. This is a marrow possessing the ability to bend in the ice, a diligent one capable of writing instructions. Urged by Diligence Ocean, it was written. On the evening of the twenty-eighth day of the sixth month (1115) of the Wood Snake year, at the time when the glorious Lama's memorial feast was completed, the monk Raga Asya said this. May it benefit many beings in future generations! Chapter Nine, the Auspicious Chapter, is complete. From the Mountain Dharma Retreat's Instructions, the stream of nectar for purifying obscurations is complete. Namo Vajrasattvaye! May the Lama Diligence Ocean live long. We people have great hatred for enemies. Even if we can subdue them, we are not satisfied and desire to kill. We want to completely destroy the enemy and make them disappear. But if we examine it carefully, all enemies are the best relatives, kind parents from many lifetimes. Most enemies become relatives. Even if an enemy causes great harm, we only kill them once, not repeatedly. In this life and in all lifetimes, the enemy that harms and injures us is sin. In the hell realms, countless times we die, and even if we are reborn again and again, we are killed again and again (116). Sin and obscurations are cruel enemies. If we can find a way to eliminate them, then we are true warriors, Diligence Ocean! If confession is not complete, even if the sin is small, it increases day by day. It is said that the sin of a fool is small but heavy. If confession is complete, even if it is not completely purified, the fault becomes smaller because it does not increase. It is said that the sin of a wise person is great but light. If confession is not complete, even a small sin cannot be exhausted in hundreds of thousands of eons. It does not ripen on others, nor does it ripen on land and stone, but only ripens on one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases. If you know how to confess, there is no sin that cannot be purified. For example, Ajatashatru killed his father, destroyed the Dharma, had evil thoughts towards the Buddha's body, drew blood, and killed nine hundred and ninety-nine people with a garland of fingers, but they were also purified by each confession. For example, just as a single spark can burn a large pile of grass, each confession can purify great sins (117).
