As one inhales a breath, They all transform into white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Entering from the left nostril, the three abodes (head, throat, heart) dissolve into the syllables. Think of attaining the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Hold the breath, resting slightly in a state of non-objectification. Again, as one exhales a breath, The outer world of the vessel becomes the Dharma-source palace. The inner sentient beings all become the form of the Protector. The males become Mahakala, the females become Shri Devi. All sounds are thought of as the mantras of Ma Gon. Since these are not established apart from the mind, The essence of mind itself is the empty Shri Devi, The nature is the clear Jnana Mahakala itself. Emptiness and clarity are inseparable, the union of father and mother, The various emanations are the retinue of the activity-performing wrathful ones. From the beginning, spontaneously accomplished, abiding in oneself, From the beginning, the naked Dharmakaya. Knowing one's own face by oneself is called wisdom. Realizing this, from all the sufferings of samsara, The refuge and protector who saves is this. Jnana Mahakala is one's own mind essence. This meaning is clarified in the great tantras of the Protector. The goddess, the great mother who generates the four noble ones, The way in which she is not separate from one's own mind, Is very clear in the tantric texts of the goddess. Realizing this, there is no roughness, attachment, or perversity. Ma Gon is inseparable like the body and the knife. The stages of approach, the meaningful system of the feet, Is the instruction given to the glorious Achiever. Thus, this condensed instruction on the wind practice of Ma Gon, Was earnestly requested by Rupa Tsondu Gyatso. Although it is difficult to speak due to the sacred seal, Having prayed to Ma Gon and the protectors, Hoping it would benefit me and the new students, In the year of the Wood Horse (1834), the king of years, On the great festival of the Powerful One, in the month of birth, On the twenty-ninth (810), the day of the Ma Gon festival and the offering of the nine Tormas, At noon, the yogi Ra Ga A Sya spoke. The mantra holder who came from the Rupa lineage, The supremely diligent Tsondu Gyatso wrote this. Whatever faults there are in clearly setting forth the secret mantras, I confess to the assembly of Ma Gon protectors. May the practice lineage's teachings flourish through this virtue! Chapter Fifty-Two, Mangalam! It is said that it should be kept secret from those who have not received empowerment and transmission and do not practice it. Iti. From the oral instructions of the mountain retreat, The oral instruction on dedication is called Precious Jewel.

Homage to Shakyamuni! Homage to the feet of the all-knowing Sage! The profound essence of dedication, the oral instruction, is this: We sentient beings wander in samsara because we have not accumulated merit. Although we have accumulated immeasurable merit, because we have not dedicated it as a cause for perfect enlightenment, we experience many joys and happiness of gods and goddesses. By experiencing them, the fruits of virtue are exhausted and we fall. If we dedicate virtue to supreme enlightenment, even if we experience happiness and joy in all lifetimes, merit will not be exhausted, and we will ultimately attain enlightenment. The instruction for inexhaustible virtue is dedication. Even if we accomplish many virtuous deeds in this life, if we do not know how to expand them with non-objective dedication, like a new clay pot that has not been oiled, that virtue is easily diminished. It is said that the virtue of generosity and discipline, accumulated over hundreds of eons, is destroyed by a single moment of anger. Destroying virtue means that if you boast about the virtue you have done, it is said to be exhausted. After accomplishing great mundane virtues, if regret arises due to stinginess, it is exhausted. If you expand any virtue you accomplish with dedication, it will not be diminished by anger, destruction, or regret. The method for undiminished virtue is profound dedication. Virtues that have not been expanded by dedication remain the same without interest even after a hundred years. After the virtue has been expanded by dedication, each day that passes increases the interest, and even small virtues become great. Like the bountiful ears of grain in the four continents, filled with arhats and solitary realizers without interruption, it is better to dedicate virtue to supreme enlightenment than to serve them for as long as they live. The benefits are great, and the praises are endless, as stated in the Twenty-Five Thousand Verse Sutra. This is a particularly complete dedication, a pure dedication of the three spheres without objectification. Dedication with objectification of the three spheres is called poisonous dedication and has little benefit. It only becomes a cause for the happiness of gods and humans in the world, not a cause for attaining the noble path. The intention of pure dedication of the three spheres is that it is the practice of noble beings who have directly realized emptiness, and ordinary beings cannot accomplish it. Therefore, to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, we make a request with words of supplication, asking them to listen, and may this virtue also become pure in the three spheres.
