The consort with signs is not one who has attained the ground and can display miraculous powers. If one relies on her having taken vows, it will lead to lower realms. If one has not taken vows, it is permissible to work with the channels and winds. A householder Vajra-holder should rely on her, like the treasure revealers and the Sakya lineage. The samaya mudra Tummo Candali, through meditation, causes heat to blaze and bodhicitta to increase and transform. When desire arises, practice Tummo at the time of desire, at that time seal it with emptiness, mixing bliss and emptiness. Preserve the bindu (552), protect the life force. This is the tradition of the Dagpo Kagyu. That which is called the mind-wisdom wisdom mudra is meditating on the union of the yidam father and mother. The nature of one's own mind is the great emptiness mudra. Shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, bodhisattvas, and fully enlightened Buddhas, since all four noble ones are born from it, it is said to be the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. That itself is the practice, the mother of the great mudra, relied upon by old people with weak channels and winds. These are instructions on transforming desire into the path. Except for when the ten fields of liberation are complete, even if an enemy arises, one should meditate on patience. If the ten fields are complete and they become one's enemy, is it permissible to engage in fierce actions towards them? Pray to the yidam deity, examine dreams, if a sign of permission arises, then one should act. This is stated in the tantric texts of the glorious goddess. Even if they are not one's enemy, but generally destroy the Buddhist teachings, if one has the ability to liberate them (553), to remain indifferent is a great fault. Know that they are not a human but an emanation, and is there another holder of the teachings greater than oneself? If one does not have the ability, there is no fault. Not out of hatred, but with compassion for them, stealing their sins and leading them to happiness, and for the sake of the undiminished flourishing of the Buddha's teachings, through the power of fierce mantras, cut them down, offering the flesh and blood to the deities and protectors, transferring the consciousness to a pure land or higher realm. Never abandoning them with compassion, gradually placing them on the ground of Buddhahood, liberating them with the generation of bodhicitta and aspirations. For example, the non-Buddhist ascetic Nima, for twelve years closed his eyes and practiced the sun, coming to Bodh Gaya and opening his eyes to look, flames blazed from his eyes, burning the temple and all the Dharma of Bodh Gaya.

When becoming the Rudra of the Buddha's teachings, (554) the great self-master, the noble Nagarjuna, even though he cursed many Dharma protectors, no signs appeared. Then, when he cursed Namasri (Vaisravana) with the blue horse, he directly took his citta. He was enthroned as the lord of all Dharma protectors. That sinful heretic beggar Nyima, Nagarjuna, in order to tame him, did not abandon compassion. In Tibet, he was born as the Naga king of the Khon lineage. He became a great scholar and accomplished one, the protector of the teachings. Like that, after taming him, he still held him with compassion, although it is the key instruction of transforming hatred into the path, if he could not tame him like that, then according to the Vinaya, he would kill him or let him die. Killing and the emergence of the Sakya school are similar. Do not do evil deeds with great power, joy, and fire, but keep the vows pure, diligently practice recitation, offer tormas, nine kinds of tormas, and ganachakra, even if you do not deliberately do evil deeds, many signs and miracles will appear to the enemy. Even without being requested, (555) the enemy who harms will be killed. This is a sign of pure vows and the retinue of Dharma protectors. Even if such a thing happens, there is no obscuration for oneself. This is also proven by many experiences. Regarding this key point, I have seen these things. Even if you have not actually done the activities of wrathful mantras, if there is hatred in your mind, then punishment will definitely occur. Even if the other party has done inappropriate harm, if hatred does not arise in your mind, no matter how much harm is done, there will be corresponding various inauspicious punishments, it will not be long, it will come quickly, this is not once, but proven by many experiences. Guru Chowang also had such an experience. Even though he made three tormas with four powers, there were no signs, and he was completely destroyed by practicing loving-kindness and compassion. When asked Orgyen what the reason was, he said: "Hatred towards enemies and compassion towards relatives, this is because one's own mind is controlled by external objects. Therefore, what you want to do (556) will not succeed, but will backfire. Not hating enemies, but generating loving-kindness and compassion, external objects are integrated into one's own mind, so what you want to do will succeed." The view of the Kagyu school also seems to be similar to this. Because there is no clairvoyance, one cannot do evil deeds, even the enemy who harms the teachings in the first half of his life may be of great benefit to the teachings in the second half of his life.
