Ca. With eyes fixed on the mountain peaks in the distance, gaze nakedly and clearly at your own mind. When thoughts arise and rage like a storm, relax your body like a pile of loose wool. Let your eyes look at the edge of your meditation cushion, let the movements go where they will, and maintain vigilance. When emptiness arises, see everything as empty. If you think that cause and effect, good and evil, benefit and harm do not exist, it is like planting thorns on your body, a futile effort. Observe whether understanding emptiness is beneficial, and generate certainty in the infallibility of dependent origination. By doing so, the progression of removing obstacles will advance slightly. This was said in the year of the Wood Snake, the year when nectar gathers, on the eighth to tenth days of the month of the Great Bull (Tibetan calendar), during the twilight hours. Ra Ga A Syas, based on his own experience, gave this instruction in prose, which Perseverance Ocean immediately wrote down in his own notebook. Because many scriptural citations were not included, it may not please the wise, and even those with discernment may have doubts. Is this the self-conception and fabrication of a fool? If you look at the ocean of new and old scriptures, it will become clear. By seeing the written text, you will know whether it was copied or not. Following the oral transmission of the teacher and one's own experiences, is this profound instruction genuine or not? If you practice it with respectful mind, it will become clear. May this benefit many practitioners of similar low capacity as myself. Chapter Thirty-Six, auspicious and complete! Jam. From the oral instructions of mountain retreat practice, this is the method called "Increasing Like a Wish-Fulfilling Jewel." (516) Arising well from the great reservoir of the Dharmadhatu, the nature of mind is like a precious, towering lapis lazuli. The ripening instructions are moistened by the stream of blessings. Having purified the three obscurations with the preliminary instructions, on the summit of the victory banner piled with many experiences and realizations, this is hoisted to rain down the two types of accomplishments. For those who practice and engage in sadhana, if they do not properly understand the instructions on increasing, the increase of experience and realization will not arise, just like crops without water and fertilizer. The root of all increase is diligence. For this life, which is uncertain and whose death is unpredictable, it is crucial to cherish the remembrance of impermanence three times a day. By this, the increase of all virtuous activities will arise. Then

The method of enhancing the generation stage: The Yidam Thangka, well-drawn with precise measurements, Should be placed in front of oneself when the sun rises. Look repeatedly from the head to the seat, And repeatedly (517) from the seat to the head. Then, gaze at the entire body for a long time. After doing this for several days, Close your eyes in the darkness and visualize the face, Depicting it in your mind so that it appears as if seen directly. Then, meditate on the self-generation deity in the same way as before. This is the enhancement of clarity in the generation stage. In the tantras, it is said: "The first activity of a mantra practitioner Is to create images and so on, Which can be accomplished through painted images." The meaning of this statement refers to this practice. Especially, draw the right and left hands of the painted image, And the hand gestures in a reversed or incorrect manner. Display it when the sun rises, And show it a clear, high-handled mirror, So that the body image appears clearly in the mirror. After repeatedly looking at it as before, Meditate in this way, clearly and without attachment. When a clear rainbow appears in the sky, That can also be taken as an example of the union of clarity and emptiness. Practicing (518), the method of enhancing all recitation and practice: On auspicious occasions, offering tsok and torma, Fulfilling, fire offerings, praises, and requests are extremely important. The method of enhancing the path of means in the completion stage: Consuming the samaya substances of the tsok, meat and alcohol, And taking essence with foods that increase bindu is taught. Meditate on your own body as a golden vase, Within it, meditate on your own mind as the Vajra Destroyer. At your heart, on a sun disc, the syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is surrounded by mantras. Invite the wisdom being and merge it with your mind. Visualize a stream of nectar flowing from its body, filling your entire body. The mantra can be recited three or seven times, or as much as you can. Slightly discard the first urine, Discard the impurities, and store the middle part in a vessel. Urine is the essence of Akshobhya, It is the supreme purifier of diseases, evil spirits, and defilements, With the certainty that it is wisdom nectar, Offer the essence with your fingertips to the lama and yidam. Then, thinking of it as nectar, take three sips, (519) Afterwards, wash your entire body thoroughly. For broken, bent, or shrunken channels, Apply finely ground black calamus on them, Mixed with old butter, it easily generates warmth. This is the supreme method of enhancing the great seal of the completion stage. Enlightenment
