There is a great danger of falling there. In India, they are called outsiders and insiders. In China, they are called Heshang and Heshang. In Tibet, they are known as Bonpos and Buddhists. All of these are relative dependent originations. Do not cling to hatred, but see dependent origination as wonderful. The great master Padmasambhava, Instructed the twelve steadfast mothers (46), So that real heretics cannot come to Tibet. Even if they come, it is because of the heavy karmic obscurations of the past, Even if it is not a border area, it is like a border area, Even if it is not a heretic, it sounds like a heretic. Even if it is not a Bonpo, it sounds like a Bonpo. Even if it is not a Heshang, it sounds like a Heshang. Alas, this time we have obtained a human body, We do not know where we came from in the past, We do not know how long we will stay this time. Without considering where to go after death, Not remembering death, only thinking of subduing enemies and protecting relatives, For the sake of accumulating food and wealth, Doing all kinds of non-virtuous, improper, and heinous things. What is the difference between that and a border person? Even border people are not worse than that. Just doing the same great deeds, Not remembering the next life, only thinking of preventing present disasters, Relying on whatever Bonpo, Buddhist, witch, or priest they find. Saying that Bon is good and Buddhism is good, there is no difference. By the blessing of being born in snowy Tibet, Even if they can say the six-syllable mantra (47), They have no empowerment, no lineage, and no object of meditation. The sound of the mantra is meaningless, like a horse reciting the six-syllable mantra. Those are ordinary people of the world, Called those who have not found the path and have not entered the path. There are also many kinds of wrong-path heretics, In detail, there are three hundred and sixty wrong views. In summary, there are four extremes or two, permanence and annihilation. Black heretics are annihilationists, Once upon a time, there was a great heretic scholar, Because he wanted to commit impure acts with his beautiful sister and was not allowed, In order to deceive her, he wrote a reversed treatise. Those who follow him are annihilationist heretics, Enjoying the beauty as they please until she dies. After death, she is no longer an object of enjoyment. The body disappears like ashes, The mind dissipates like mist in the sky. Where will there be rebirth again? Alas, what does the learned one say? It is like the footprints of a cunning jackal. They think that knowledge and speech are without death and without use. They say that the Buddha is not true, and cause and effect are not true. They say that the joys and sorrows of this life are created by the great Ishvara. Therefore,

Offering with the warm heart's blood of Ishvara (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག), destroying enemies with many evil and poisonous concoctions, indulging in the five poisons of greed, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy as one pleases in the mind, this is the doctrine of the black heretics. Similar to this, even nowadays here, above is the sky being empty, and below is land trading and stone trading, so they say, "Where is hell? It's just an illusion." No matter how one speaks of the punishments of sins, the sufferings of the lower realms, they don't believe it to be true, saying, "Those are just according to what they know, just according to how they speak." No matter what benefits of virtue such as mantras are heard, they say, "If it's so beneficial, why need so many?" No matter what biographies, qualities, and wonders of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Kagyu lamas are heard, they say, "It's not that true, it's just praise." Those are similar to the nihilistic views of the heretics, due to the evil karma of great obscurations from previous lives, they come to hold wrong views. Similarly, those of the eternalist types of heretics, indeed there will be rebirth in the future, but it's not that high and low are determined by good and evil, but rather the great Ishvara (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག), the lord of existence, if pleased, sends one to the heavens, if displeased, throws one into the lower realms. If one becomes accomplished in the great god Ishvara (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག), in order to send one to that realm of liberation, which is like a white umbrella held upwards in the sky above this world, one must practice Ishvara (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག) and make offerings, and also please the heart and warm heart's blood. Therefore, they kill and offer five hundred or a thousand people, buffaloes, sheep, etc. Similar to this, here in Tibet as well, they don't trust in the meaning of the cause and effect that killing leads to short life and falling into hell. Offering a lot of meat for the rituals for the living and the virtuous deeds for the dead is also like the heretics. Some heretics believe that if one abandons human food and clothing, one can purify the sins committed in the past. They cut off human food and eat water and cow urine, abandon clothes, smear ashes, and go naked. Similarly, even if they have enjoyment, they practice asceticism, and drinking water through asceticism is close to non-human. The Brahman caste, followers of the heretical Brahma, do not take refuge in the Three Jewels, but take refuge in the great god Brahma with four faces. They abandon the ten non-virtues and worship and practice Brahma, saying that the well-joined Sanskrit, the language of Brahma, has great benefits.
