Place various medicinal grains and other precious items into the handle of a cane or a copper tube to create an elevated statue containing inner objects, or as instructed in the Indian scriptures, create paintings or cloth paintings as precious items. If gold or silver statues can be found, that is best, but if not, using paintings as a substitute is acceptable. Draw them in the form of small statues. The Gau box does not necessarily have to be made of clay; copper or iron can also be used. If using clay, make it square. In the center, place the main deity, and in the four directions, place the statues and mantras of the four Dakinis, all within one Gau box. At the same time, it is sufficient to include only those auspicious items as mentioned in the scriptures. For more details, according to the Indian scriptures, place rice, barley, wheat, sesame, etc., inside the Gau box (page 106). In short, collect various grains. Collect from the hands of fortunate individuals on the days of the Krittika constellation and the Aries sun. Once collected, it is sufficient to place them in the Gau box on the days of the Krittika constellation and the sun. Gold, silver, pearls, coral, turquoise, copper, iron, etc., in short, collect all kinds of gems and ornaments and give them to Karma Gya and Zambala Sarisaga, etc. Collect all kinds of food, such as old meat, old butter, curd, cheese, etc. These should also be collected from the hands of wealthy and fortunate individuals on auspicious constellation days. Collect the wool of various auspicious livestock such as yaks, cows, etc. Bamboo is not allowed. Horses, mules, dzo, etc., are not allowed, although they may appear in some scriptures, but they are not correct. It is better to obtain safflower, etc., from elsewhere. In short, collect all the foods of the world from the hands of kind people and collect them on their respective auspicious constellation days. The respective auspicious constellation days are the head, body, king, and three people. For example, the Dhanishta constellation is the auspicious constellation for wealth, which is very good for accomplishing activities. The height of the Zambala statue should not be less than four fingers, and it should be made by grinding and mixing five gems (page 107). Fill the Dharma Gau box with these items, and the extensive method is to draw a complete mandala. The medium method is to draw a four-petaled lotus with colored powders. The simplest method is to place the Gau box in the center of five heaps, without tilting it. Place a torma in front and surround it with offerings. Visualize oneself as the five deities, and in front, visualize a Gau box palace made of five kinds of precious gems, with five deities inside, continuously maintaining the visualization, completing the work on time, and ceasing speech. Apply red sandalwood paste to the forehead, and then recite the mantra of the main deity, performing the expansion and contraction. Remain seated without moving.

In the morning, offer water, and at noon, evening, and night, offer torma and tsok offerings during the three times of day. At night, recite no less than one hundred times the non-conceptual mantra. In addition, practice recitation at night as well. By practicing in this way, the best is seven days, the intermediate is twenty-one days. At the very least, signs of accomplishment will appear within a month, it is said. After signs appear, combine the main deity and retinue, and recite one-tenth of the Śambhu practice. After that, offer elaborate torma offerings. Do not send away or retract the deities from the gau, but contemplate that they always reside in the precious box, firmly abiding, and perform the complete consecration and the "ye dharma (Sanskrit: ye dharma hetu prabhava, the dharmas arise from causes)" and auspicious prayers. If one is a nomad (108), place it in Krong Tshe. If one is a villager, place it in a box or at the back of the storehouse, together with various grains and various auspicious substances, in a place unseen by people. Always offer great offerings and the first fruits of good trade, for this is the real Zambala. May the torma be enjoyed as accomplishment. Secret practice. Finished. Ta. From the one-lineage of the oral instructions of the retreat of Ri Chö. A record is written about practicing the unification of the outer, inner, and secret aspects of the noble White Tara. The unified practice is the practice of the outer, inner, and secret aspects as one. Prepare offerings, etc., in whatever way. In the morning, offer water three, five, or seven times. At noon, great evening, small evening, and dusk, offer torma and tsok offerings. During all times related to butter, do as much recitation as possible focusing on the gau, and at night recite one hundred times the non-conceptual mantra. Do this for seven days or more, as much as possible. After signs appear, if you have done seven days before Śambhu, then do Śambhu for about one day. Whatever else needs to be done is the unified practice. Finished. Da. A record is written about performing the great activity practice. The great activity practice refers to whether the outer, inner, and secret (109) practices have been done beforehand. Or at least, when always engaging in the unified practice, make five clay gaus. Make them well so that they are not destroyed by water. If making images of the five dakinis, use beeswax or other materials that are not destroyed by water. If writing, write on "Droga" so that it is not damaged by water. If you cannot find it, write on paper and then apply good butter so that it is not damaged by water. Place the main deity and retinue in the five gaus. Place all common auspicious substances in each, and horsehair wrapped around the neck of the activity dakini. Replace with a painted image. Place various medicines in the gau of the lotus dakini. Place various foods in the gau of the jewel dakini.
