Wow! Attachment grows, and coarse conceptual thoughts cease. (61) The clinging to joy and displeasure is thought to be lost; if the nature is not recognized, it is great attachment; observing its nature, bliss and emptiness merge into one. This is called the wisdom of joy apart from joy. Then, through practice, the bindu drips downward, and joy and bliss arise unbearably. Observing its nature, bliss and emptiness are united. This is the wisdom of coemergent joy. At this time, Maitripa's view is that half of the bindu is lost outward, and half remains inside. At that time, in a finger snap, the wisdom of coemergent joy will appear. If that half of the bindu is lost, it is not allowed, and some also prohibit saying that it is the same as the Tirthikas. Naropa's view is that in the Vajra speech, when the bindu drips, wisdom will appear. In the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones' Lower Gate, Great Bliss Self-Liberation, it is said that the bindu must be reversed from the Vajra channel. That is also because of the increase in familiarity. If it is not reversed from the navel chakra at first, when it is close to the bottom, there is a danger of losing the bindu. Men like women, so happiness arises through practicing with them. This is a perverse view. For this reason, Maitreya (62) says in the Mahayana Uttaratantra Shastra: A dog puts a dry bone in its mouth, but rarely realizes that it is its own blood. Just as it guards it and hates others, the perverse conduct of the world is the same. Therefore, it is said that for a young and beautiful woman, the happiness that arises through practicing with her is not the happiness that arises in her body. It is like a dog scraping its palate with a bone, thinking that the deliciousness of the blood comes from the bone. One's own central channel's lower end, the shankhini nadi, its tip is inserted into the vajra, and by rubbing and pulling there, the bindu descends. When the bindu descends, happiness will arise. If the nature of happiness is not recognized, it is attachment; observing its nature, bliss and emptiness merge into one. The tantras say that this is the Great Seal. Emptiness without bliss is just empty talk, which is the Madhyamaka view spoken of in the sutras, and Sakya Pandita considers that to be the Mahamudra of tantra. The body is full and growing, the age is young, and, note: those with great attachment in the lower faculties. Those with clear objects and great attachment. The bindu can be made to descend by the object alone. If the bindu descends, happiness cannot but arise. That (63)

Warmth arises and emptiness and bliss are born. Embrace the knees tightly at the bends of the legs. Release the vajra between the shanks. For a person with a small, emaciated body, Generate the essence of Hatha as five Dakinis. Lower it by rubbing and massaging the vajra shintang. As the venerable Milarepa said, "Lowering is done like a tortoise walks." Thus, gradually recognize the wisdom of the pulse points. When the vajra reaches the pulse, it reverses in an instant. If it needs to be released, the great river descends to the four places of the throat and heart, a commentary on the four joys. The obstructing wheel is: The pulse through which the bindu flows between the secret place and the life force, Like being blocked by pressing hard with a parmo and blocked with a stake. Relax the vulva and strongly contract the four scattered parts. Draw the lower wind upwards, pressing the belly against the spine. Also, forcefully close the two lower doors. The tongue is pressed against the upper palate, and the eyes roll upwards. Because the wind is drawn upwards from inside the house, Vigorously practice long Hums and long Hrings. The mind should be placed in the sphere of space, And focus on the bindus at the secret pulse points, Like the waves of a great river surging upwards. (64) Going to the navel produces the first joy, Going to the heart produces the second joy, Going to the throat produces the third joy, Reaching the crown produces the fourth joy of the lower support. At that time, if the practice is not separated from tsampa, it is called the four joys of the lower support. Then, cast the mind into the sphere of space. Expand like space and look at its essence. Also, vigorously practice all of the wheels. Contemplate the bindu as Naraka's Naraka. Even if that contemplation is lost, there will be no pulse fall. The sign of reversal becomes like a vajra creeper. Happiness arises in the mind, and the mind is delighted. Then, the lion's playful wheels, etc., Shake the body like a wild horse shaking itself. Focus on the bodhichitta nectar filling the entire body. The benefit is that the body is comfortable, the elements are clear, and the intelligence is clear. All the heroes and dakinis gather like clouds. Experience and qualities increase like the waxing moon. Gods, demons, and humans gather food, wealth, and enjoyment. If the bindu is not diminished like a mustard seed, and the upper and lower supports and the four joys are recognized, then there is a commentary. All the qualities of the pulse, wind, and bindu are obtained. That meaning comes from the Peaceful and Wrathful Lower Door, Great Bliss, Spontaneous Liberation. That is called the self-body possessing skillful means. In that way, bliss greatly increases, Bliss-emptiness (65) without outflow.
