At the three-part point of the arrow shaft, it is crucial that the three feathers of the raven are not burned by fire. Load a three-edged arrowhead with an iron knife. Write the burning mantra between the three feathers, black silk. Erect this raven banner at the place where the army is stationed, and place the (633) image of the goddess, etc., facing the torma, in a high place. This is established as a reliance for you, glorious goddess, so do not deviate from the reliance, do not deviate from the target, protect against obstacles, and accomplish favorable conditions. Say this and perform empowerment and blessings. This is what is said in the document here. The external support is: inside the black raven banner, put the image of the goddess drawn on black silk. Learn the details from the oral instructions. The above is written completely together with the oral instructions. Furthermore, the reliance document here says that the inner reliance is: draw the image of the goddess on the reed banner, (634) and fumigate with the smoke of four substances such as garlic at an auspicious time. Place it facing the direction of the enemy. This is called the inner reliance, and the mantra of suppressing and killing as one, which needs to be learned in detail from the oral instructions and should not be shown to others. The above is the key secret to be received together with the oral instructions, and this is the most secret: peel off the skin of the reed, and on the chest skin corresponding to the heart of the reed, soak the image of the goddess drawn on black silk. From the secret place of the reed to the top of the head, erect a life-force wooden staff smeared with poisonous blood. At the position corresponding to the heart of the reed (635), write two mantras with knife blood on the reed ruler, and wrap the mantras facing outwards on the life-force wood. Then wrap black silk on it. Tie it with corpse hair thread. If you cannot find such a mantra writing base, you can also use corpse cloth, or write on paper with a piece of silk placed at the place where the corpse is placed. In the excretory hole of the reed, on the life-force wood, draw the enemy's lingam with poisonous blood on corpse cloth or paper, and write bone on its forehead, name on the heart, and enemy on the thigh, and then summon the enemy and repeatedly integrate. After you are sure, turn the lingam upside down. Wrap the side where the lingam is drawn facing (636) inwards on the life-force wood. Then wrap the skirt of a widow on it.

Bind it with a rope twisted backwards by a butcher. On that lingam, on the feet, draw a vajra cross with a blood-red knife on the tree of life. On top of that, wrap a black cloth with a painted image of the goddess facing outwards around the tree of life. Wrap black cloth on top of that. Then wrap it with a clean rope. Then mix the residue with four ingredients: garlic, deadly poison, blood knife, and abundant fat, and fumigate it with the smoke of burning. Generate the painted images of the goddess, both inside and outside, as the goddess, invite and dissolve the wisdom being, and perform offerings and praises well (637). Place it in the protector's chamber, the practice chamber, or on the painted image, or in the center, directly in front of the eyes of the image. This is establishing the support for you, glorious goddess, so please reside in this place. Be the support for this ornament to arise. For all of us, including people, wealth, and retinue, guard without negligence for three days, be vigilant without negligence for three nights, and do not neglect the entrusted task. Open the door of command and speak auspicious words. Then cover that reed banner with black cloth and so on. Make a way to create darkness (638) where sunlight and other lights do not appear, so that no one can see it and it is not shown to anyone. Do not speak of having such a support, and keep it very secret. The secret support is: Clean the three veins of the reed heart well, make it hollow, and in the central vein, on red and black cloth, have a craftsman with vows and commitments fully draw the image of the goddess on the auspicious star day. On the back, on the moist reed sprout, generate the commitment being and dissolve the wisdom being, etc., and after doing it well, offer praises and tormas, wrap it around the left and right, and insert it. In the two veins on the left and right, insert ground precious powder and the (Tibetan: སྲོག，Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राण，Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇa，Literal Meaning: life) mantra written with a blood knife. Wrap it with clean black felt, then wrap the outside with black cloth, and place it in your left armpit. Do not let anyone know. In this way, it will become inseparable like the body and shadow. If you build a goddess statue or something similar, putting it in her heart will make it like the real body without any difference. There are no other oral instructions for this, only in some old small books, in the other two veins, there are images of the twelve Tenma.
