If the linga is mixed with anything such as the enemy's footprints, urine stains, excrement, or body odor, the effect is very significant and rapid. If it is necessary to act against multiple enemies, then make a very large torma, cut it from the point where two-thirds is placed on top and one-third is placed on the bottom, and cut that one-third part from three equally high places, and dig a hole in the center and three corners (558) of each cut part, so that there are four three twelve holes. Place one linga in each of those holes. If there are very many, it is also permissible to put three, five, or seven lingas in each hole. In the case where the number of lingas placed inside is equal, make dough lingas on the outside. When reciting, one should know to take out the iron hook, etc. If the guardian deity is successfully accomplished, even if a real linga is not placed, it seems that it can be accomplished without any hindrance by merely meditating on the name syllable in the triangles. If you want to disturb a city, draw an image of that city on paper (559), and in the center draw a mantra-infused linga of the image of the king and the main ministers, and when doing the hooking and summoning as before, do things like disturbing, imprisoning, binding, and merging the city, and then place it in the hole. When reciting, both short and long mantras should be recited according to the usage of Dina Mekina: "City Chge Mo, disturb disturb, shatter shatter, tear tear, the owner of City Chge Mo and his entourage, Bideshaya Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha." Recite like this, and visualize that a wheel of iron hooks emanates from the Hum syllable in the heart, like the fire of the end of time, with a fierce wind, going to the center of that city, completely disturbing and destroying (560) it, causing it to decline. For this, other than the linga of the person on the outside, the people of the city are not needed. Like this, whether the inner and outer signs are superior, medium, or inferior, continue until you have gained confidence that you can rely on, and finally offer a large torma to the guardian deity in the sky. Bless all the large and small tormas. Perform the linga ritual as before and offer it. Take the torma outside and throw it like a substitute torma, all the other methods are the same as before.
